Things only got worse -- I had to look for a server myself just to get sugar, and after asking, it still took another ~10 minutes. We waited around 25 minutes for the Philadelphia rolls, which is already quite long, but the result was even worse: there was barely any cream cheese. The taste was completely off -- just poorly made rolls with almost no filling. I visited this place about six months ago and the service was noticeably better. Now it feels like both the service and food quality have significantly declined. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this place.

The couches are super comfy, the hookah service is great (they change the charcoal without you even asking), and free parking is a huge plus. The service was friendly and attentive, which made the night even better. The only downsides are that you really need to make a reservation ahead of time for weekends, otherwise you might end up stuck at the bar or in a less atmospheric spot. Also, there are only two gender-neutral restrooms, so there can be a bit of a wait.

The bartenders were quick and efficient. The drinks were reasonably priced. I must stay, but two people stood out ! The Bus boy that was picking up all the empty dishes and glasses in the facility. He was on it! Being that I am a quality assurance manager for a large company I felt I had to acknowledged her professionalism. I had to tell her how impressive she was! I was able to get really close to the stage where Sweet Mickey was performing but again wasn't able to get any personal moments with him. I hope he has a good performance/time in WPB.
