I had a chat with a Susana and gave her all the information that she requested about my case. I asked her if they handled these types of cases but he said she didn't know. I guess that should have been my first clue. She said it would be sent to an appropriate representative that would determine if they handle this type case. I asked her when would I hear from someone. Call Ball & Bonholtzer before attempting to deal with the insurance companies yourself! I injured my back in a rear end collision. I started with doctor visits and physical therapy while trying to work with the insurance company to cover my medical expenses. First, the insurance company wouldn't return my calls, then I was told the driver that hit me didn't have insurance, and every call after that they would put me on hold and never pick up the phone again. They are great if you want to spend a lot of time posturing, but they will do NO research and will surely blow negotiations and most of all, a trial. You will lose at trial. Totally unprepared and poorly dressed, with occasional tardiness! We flew in witnesses the same day, at my expense, but they prepared NO pertinent questions because they hadn't spoken to any of the witnesses before, nor did they read the notes of their statements or get any! We went from winning, to a crash and burn failure after my lawyer met with the defendant and maybe went to dinner with him. Can the opponent settle out of court with just my lawyer, without my consent, in order to throw the case? The following day, our closing argument may have been the most paramount failure! My lawyer showed up in a clown suit practically and got interrupted with a ton of objections FROM THE JUDGE because he kept doing EXACTLY what the judge reprimanded both lawyers for previously. Even the judge said they were awful! The only reason I didn't sue them for malpractice (which EVERYONE SUGGESTED-lawyers especially) is that because of them, I never want to be in a lawsuit of any kind ever again. They made it an excruciating experience for everyone but the guilty party who got off because of this law firm. read more

As a favor to a friend who didn't have the time to research and speak to attorneys, I did the consult with Erika at Ball & Roberts. She said she was an attorney, but got "confused" numerous times. While I can't speak about the case, let's just say she just didn't get it. She kept interrupting me in the middle of clarifying the case and wanted the answer to her question without the background. Beware of this attorney and stay away! I hired DREW EVANS to represent me in a case. He took advantage of a woman with a disability and was extremely dishonest, and unprofessional. When I was looking for him for almost a week to discuss some matters of the case, I called his office multiple times, sent him emails, and left messages with his assistants, but he ignored all of my communication. Finally, when I set up a time for us to speak, he pretended that he called me, but in actuality never did. Instead, he sent me photos of calls that he made, but they were canceled calls by him, that obviously never went through. Not only did he previously called me on my number from the office, but also one of his assistants called me and my phone was working just fine. When I asked him to provide his cell phone number, he did not respond at all. He also eluded to the fact that he did not see any of my emails, but when he looked further he said, " I don't know why I did not see your emails." He is a complete liar, and when I exposed his lies, he said that he is no longer interested in representing me. He is very disrespectful, lacks any human kindness especially for a woman with disability. In the beginning, he told me that he is the person that can help with my matter, but when I hired him, he showed how unprofessional he is and all his talk was cheap. He was dishonest about having experience in a particular legal matter. He told me that he had similar cases like mine, but in reality he did not have any experience in the subject. He kept changing his mind and was very uncertain about the plan of action and which records he plans to request from the opposing party. I chose him from a list of other attorneys, because he promised to help, but did nothing for my case, except waste my time. read more

In December of 2013, days before Christmas, I was involved in a motor vehicle accident.
