Both Sean and Shea helped us in the first difficult days after the death, as we formed a decision to have a memorial service several months later. They checked in on us at the perfect times, asking if we needed coffee or water. They greeted all of our family and gave their condolences. There was an issue back home in CA with her death certificate (nothing to do with Alfieri, it was her doctors), and she almost did not make it back to PA, her final resting place. This made things very easy for me and my siblings. My dad passed at home but my mother passed out of state. We really did not know what to do with the passing out of state. I made the call to Ann thinking this was not going to be an easy thing to handle, but let me tell you, she took care of everything!! She walked us through the process, called us and took care of not only my mom but us. No matter how many calls I made, Ann always took her time and responded promptly. I felt from the first meeting with these two, till 4 years later that we had been life time friends. Thats is how they treat you, like family.
