I very quickly realized she is very rude, short, and it's her way or the highway. We were brand new cabin owners and had lots of questions. Which this lady didn't like. It is all about her and you will find that out quickly. She is so unprofessional that she sent actually sent us an email during COVID asking us to pay quickly as she was in her words she was " running in fumes." That was very uncomfortable for new owners to hear and just the beginning of her weirdness. When the water heater was having issues, I asked her to have the plumber check the water softener system as well, her response if " I don't trust her judgement I can handle the repair myself." Followed with the number for the plumber. Keep in mind I was 3000 miles away. I fired her only to find out she wanted $800 dollar cancellation fee. It was the best $800.00 I spent to get rid of her!!!! Upon arriving at my cabin items we I had sent her such as a very large foosball table were not at the cabin. I guess on the the trips she said she made she never noticed a missing foosball table. She's blaming COVID for problems but that wasn't this issue. She's the issue! Not to mention, she charges the same 35% as the other rental companies but her marketing is weak in my opinion. Buyer beware big time!!!! Run don't walk!
