So I went in to the store, around 12:30 pm and there were two clerks in the store. One at the very…read morefront (female) and one in the back (male). The front clerk, as I walked past did not acknowledge. I walked towards the back looking at the suits. The second clerk did not acknowledge. Hmmm...ok. So I continued to search and about 8-10 mins in, the female came over. Not very inviting but doable. When I told her what I was looking for, her response was, nope can't do that and walked away. Now, I've been in the customer service industry most of my entire life. One thing I've learned, if you can't satisfy what the customer is looking for, maybe offer some alternatives that might solve the issue. If a customer is willing to spend $400 on a suit and $179 on a pair of slacks, you might want to be a little more attentive and engaging. So Men's Warehouse...this is now the second time I've had this experience, in this location, Westminster Md. I've had it with this place. I am not interested in speaking to someone from customer service, I'm not interested in anything. The associates need to be more attentive to the customers. Straighten it out!

I went to the junior's section, and found a handful of cute casual dresses but unfortunately everything I tried on was unflattering. I stopped by the women's restroom, which is located on the upper level. The pink tiles and vanity look like the original from the 60's or 70's. It could definitely use a facelift. Lol. I then checked out the shoe dept and sunglasses and lastly social dresses. I managed to find one cute dress in petites. It was originally $70 and I got it for $40. Boscov's has a variety and large selection of merchandise, but it's hit and miss for me. I have found that the junior's section has good prices, but other areas can be fairly pricy.

Utterly terrible customer service for the manager…read more The original employee tried very hard to figure out how to return the items since the items were not showing up on the barcode even though I had proof of purchase and shipping via email from Belk. I appreciated her effort. The manager informed me that it was purchased out of the 90 day policy or that I did not purchase it from Belk. I kept telling her that I had received the items last week and had proof that I had via an email delivery date. When she stated it was not from Belk, I scrolled up on the email showing her "Belk" header. She informed me because it's not from Belk because it is not in the Belk system on their computer. She said that I cannot return the items here. I had drive 3 hours (round trip) to return these items, and she did not give me further guidance as to what to do apart from saying that I cannot return the items despite having the original shipping box, the receipts, and the confirmation email of delivery. What blasphemy is this! At least provide further directions as to what the next step should be.
