I appreciated her effort. The manager informed me that it was purchased out of the 90 day policy or that I did not purchase it from Belk. I kept telling her that I had received the items last week and had proof that I had via an email delivery date. When she stated it was not from Belk, I scrolled up on the email showing her "Belk" header. She informed me because it's not from Belk because it is not in the Belk system on their computer. She said that I cannot return the items here. I had drive 3 hours (round trip) to return these items, and she did not give me further guidance as to what to do apart from saying that I cannot return the items despite having the original shipping box, the receipts, and the confirmation email of delivery. What blasphemy is this! At least provide further directions as to what the next step should be.
