In general, I was pleased. The prices here on their clearance aisles are often very good bargains and their cash back program is helpful, though their coupons have too many exclusions. Bathrooms were clean, staff was friendly enough. read more

Kohls has turned into a bait & switch operation. The past 3 or 4 times I've been in the Westminster, Md store, coupons didn't work, sale signs were displayed on the wrong merchandise, which doesn't become apparent until you are being rung up. Went into return an item I purchased online. Had my print out from the website with the order number, photo of the item, price of the item, item number etc. Customer service said it didn't count as a receipt and wouldn't take it back. Called online-customer service they said it was the receipt. They credited my account and will be contacting the Westminster Kohl's to follow up on the poor customer service I received at that location. read more

I absolutely LOVE this Kohl's. The employees are always so friendly and helpful. One of the managers, Adam J., has always been so helpful. I had a few problems with my ring from Kohl's and he has always went above and beyond every time. Even now when my family and I are shopping and we see him, he always comes over and chats with us. I have shipped at kohls ALOT over the last 15 years. However over the last 2 years the whole store both in store and online have become very frustrating to deal with. Returns are a problem. I made a order online, I knew I would not be able to get to the store in time to pick up and I let the store know that. The return was automatically processed and I lost my $40 kohls cash because of the automatic return. Called the number for online shopping and took an hour to only be told there is nothing they will do about it. read more
