So I went in to the store, around 12:30 pm and there were two clerks in the store. One at the very front (female) and one in the back (male). The front clerk, as I walked past did not acknowledge. I walked towards the back looking at the suits. The second clerk did not acknowledge. Hmmm...ok. So I continued to search and about 8-10 mins in, the female came over. Not very inviting but doable. When I told her what I was looking for, her response was, nope can't do that and walked away. Now, I've been in the customer service industry most of my entire life. One thing I've learned, if you can't satisfy what the customer is looking for, maybe offer some alternatives that might solve the issue. If a customer is willing to spend $400 on a suit and $179 on a pair of slacks, you might want to be a little more attentive and engaging. So Men's Warehouse...this is now the second time I've had this experience, in this location, Westminster Md. I've had it with this place. I am not interested in speaking to someone from customer service, I'm not interested in anything. The associates need to be more attentive to the customers. Straighten it out! read more

My experience was ok, but "unusual". I ordered 2 suits, got fitted for one, and all was good with that transaction. Suit #2 had issues (could not find the jacket in their inventory and had to order the jacket from another location, but had the pants in house). I was promised a call to let me know when the jacket would be available. After 3 months with no response, I just went to the store and got a refund for suit#2, which I had already paid for. Unfortunately because it had been longer than 90 days (though no fault of mine) they couldn't comp me on my debit card, so my only option was to have a check mailed to me. Ok; slightly annoying but no problem. The biggest issue to me as a consumer is that no one followed up with an update or anything like that. That's poor business skills. The man who fitted me was "efficient" to the point of being almost in a rush. He knew his business, but was overly eager to close the sale. It was an efficient, though certainly not relational experience. I'm not angry, nor spiteful about it. I won't protest the store nor run you down on social media. A few tweaks on the business side of things, and all would have been well. I also don't need a stale obligatory corporate response regarding how sorry you are about my experience and how I should call to express myself. All good. read more

The past 2 times I been here has not been pleasant. They were very rude, and not interested in doing there job. And got irritated when I asked them a question, sorry that I asked you to do your job. Although we might have been "kids" I feel like we should be treated like everyone else. read more

Rental prices are unreasonable ($240!) though the tuxedo I had to rent as a member of a groom's party admittedly fit well and required no adjustments were required. Staff was reasonably helpful but came off slightly snobby and did not answer all of my questions. read more

My daughter passed last Tuesday. Got a suit on Saturday. They said they would have it ready same day. Stoped in on Tuesday, and they lost my suit. I expressed I needed it for my daughters funeral and they said there was nothing they could do. I've never seen such heartless people. They just gave me a refund and wished me luck. Y'all need to figure something out. It cannot take an hour to get fitted and order a suit. We just spent an hour and a half (30 min waiting to get seen) for my husband to order a suit for a wedding. Between the 3 people we spoke to up front, having to check the computer multiple times, and then having the wrong contact info entered when he finally went to checkout, this process was exasperating. read more

I used Mens Wearhouse for my wedding. They were efficient and easy to work with. The groomsmen looked great, and everyones suits came in on time and fit right. The app for the bride to check if all the groomsmen got fitted and picked up their suits is genius! I would definitely recommend this place to other brides. The only complaint, is one of our groomsmen has his cuff rip off his shirt at the end of the night. But I guess thats what happens when you rent suits, after a while they could have a little wear and tear. Still would 100% recommend Mens Wearhouse, the groomsmen looked great and they were easy to work with. read more

In short, Not all heroes ware capes. These guys saved my friends' wedding! Longer story - Black Tux in Townsend goofed up on the account creation and tie back to my friends' wedding. I followed their instructions exactly and they still goofed up the order. I show up at 1pm as a groomsmen in my friends' wedding that starts at 4pm and instantly notice that my tux doesn't match any of the other groomsmen's suites. Black Tux screwed up and sent me a black tuxedo rather than the dark grey suit that all of the other guys were wearing in the wedding. We call Black Tux to try to get things figured out and they had nothing they could offer. They initially only offered a $20 discount on the rental! Screwing up a wedding is apparently only worth $20 to Black Tux. While the Groom is on the phone with Black Tux getting the bad news and horrible treatment, I start searching for other suit rental places nearby. Joseph A. Bank didn't have a tailor or the inventory and actually suggested we go to Men's Warehouse. I call up Men's Warehouse and with just a few quick words I was told we will be taken care of and to get over to their store ASAP. One of the other groomsmen and I arrive at the Men's Warehouse in Westminster, MD about 20 mins later (a little after 2pm) and David Carlyle (Assistant Manager) passed off his customers to an associate and immediately went to work taking measurements and finding the closest match to the groomsmen's grey suit. The whole time he and other staff are extremely accommodating, friendly, and showed genuine concern for the wedding. We were out the door with a ironed and tailored suit that matched so well you could barely tell that there was any color difference even in the raw professional photos. The Bride was completely unaware of the situation had even occurred until the next day. To top this off, David didn't ask for an ID, credit card, or any collateral for this suit or the services performed. I walked out of the store with the new matching suit and the screwed up tux from Black Tux. On the way out I offered for him to take down my contact info, ID, credit card, anything... and they just rushed me out to make sure we got back to the wedding with time for photos and in time for the ceremony. I insisted on getting at least a business card from David. The next day, I called up the store to figure out how to get this suit back to them. The first questions asked were all about the wedding and if everything went well. They had no concerns about payment or the suit. They were 100% concerned about if the last minute scramble to fix another company's screw up had gone off without a hitch. After I insisted on paying something, they offered it to me at steep discount while also offering the option to return it at no cost ($0... not a single penny for their service or use of the suit). They planned on just writing it off and giving it to charity. I opted to pay for the suit as it fit perfectly and now has an amazing story behind it. I live in Pasadena, MD (a good hour drive away from the Westminster Store). But I will go out of my way to go to that store to get any and all future suits. David and his crew at Men's Warehouse truly are AMAZING people. They have a customer for life from me and every person at the wedding that was made aware of the whole situation. read more

You need to try harder! I went in to purchase jeans for my son for casual Fridays at his work. He shops here routinely and sent me for something specific as a birthday gift. No one greeted me or offered assistance. I struggled for quite some time not finding the correct size or correct color. I was ready to walk out when I found another brand. I was confused by the sings but was sure I would purchase at least one pair. However, no one would wait on me. I was horrified to notice during my struggle, a male customer walked in and instantly someone greeted him and said they would be right with him. Is it because I am female in a men's store? Discrimination? I dropped the jeans and walked out. I have no plans to return. read more

Called the listed number to inquire about a fitting, was told it takes 20-30 min and was relieved they close at 9 (I feared they closed at 7, as they did years ago) Was fitted by Warren, discovered my jeans waist was not the same as my dress pants waist, also was able to learn my shirt size. The only draw back was the shocking price of the tux, but after some research I just didn't know how much a rental really was. The service and information provided by Warren really helped me to learn about dress clothes, because I soon discovered, I knew nothing. read more

So I wanted to rent a vest for my wedding. They made the process so complicated that I had to come into the store 5 times in the past 2 months. First time they wrote down my measurements and product # on a random pice of paper. Second time they said that I have to create a online account and not to use the paper they gave me. Which confused my groomsman to no end. Third time they didn't have my information. Fourth time the assistant Manager ended up giving me a discount but I had to go though the whole process which took forever. 5th time they still didn't have my mesurements and I had to get resized again. In the end I had to buy the vest from them because the vest that they were going to rent me was not a full vest. I also rented ties, I had to tell them 5 times what the correct ties were. This store has made our wedding even more stressful then it needed to be. The staff is untrained and rude over the phone. Do Not shop here unless you want to be stressed. I ended up contacting Corporate because of this poorly run store. If I could give it a zero I would if it was an option. read more

This store in Westminster is the absolute worst. First, when trying to rent a tuxedo for my husband to wear in an upcoming wedding, the store randomly closed 20 minutes after we called and told them we were coming in for the fitting. Secondly, when we came back a few days later, they didn't want to wait on my husband because they were trying to close - early. The manager was incredibly rude, but we would not back down - the store was open, and we needed this to happen since we don't even live in Westminster (this is just the closest location to us). So we stood our ground while some guy who kept his backpack on the entire time measured my husband - inaccurately, I might add. Then, today, as we are trying to pick up the tux for this weekend's wedding, the store's phone number is disconnected and we cannot get through to anyone - though corporate says 5 people are in the store and on the clock as I'm writing this review. We have no way to know if we're even going to be able to get what we've already rented. We paid $230 for a tux rental, and are receiving $0 in support. Avoid this location at ALL costs. Overpriced products, random closings, and horrendously poor customer service - why waste your time? read more
