Susan did a great job in helping me buy the right character sized shoe without my daughter's presence. There was another customer in as well who was shopping for her daughter who needed something last minute as well for an audition the next morning in NYC and Susan saved her as well!! The staff was so helpful and gentle with her little feet and made her first dance shoe experience so fun! They had full inventory and all sizes so we could actually leave with style and size we wanted without waiting for the dreaded ordering. Anyone with a toddler knows that placing an order is not what they want when they walk into a store! I was also so happy when I got home and looked up the items we had bought online and saw that the prices were exact MSRP with no boutique mark ups.
