Their products are well tagged with prices, and service is good. Check this place out, before deciding on purchasing elsewhere(to make sure you've exhausted your search). Even for those who end up in Northern Dutchess Hospital and who have lost most of their clothes from car accidents or whatever, this store might even have some type of product to get you back on your feet at good prices, until you can get back on your feet again). No inside hallway connection between the hospital and this thrift shop exists, so walking between these two seems to be unconvincing. A person will either get hypothermic walking here, or become scorched from the hot sun walking here from the hospital). From the name, however, I wonder what percentage of the sales price the hospital takes in on money? This place doesn't look like it's been ever improved in a dozen or so years.

Wasn't too overly thrilled when I was almost forced to buy white square shoelaces of a certain length that only they had.(Other stores nearby sold either the round laces, or if not round, they sold laces of absurd sizes.). When I came in, although I found a product (with a barcode) that I took a picture of by the brand and with the features I was looking for (iHome with Qi-wireless charging), when I went to find the price on or near the package, none existed. Pass onto a few days later - a couple days after Christmas - I went back in -hoping the product would still be there. Only that one box was on the shelf, but the outer box was damaged. I had done the research on the product through websites such as Amazon and Walmart in the meantime, but knew I had to take a chance with finding it offline. The product was in one piece and the box was repairable (but damaged). After bringing it up acknowledging the "worst case price", when they told me it was on sale for $20 off, I was shell-shocked and paid lickety-split. But then they decided that this earned me a $10 Kohl's Cash certificate. (Was that to make up for the damaged box issue and the aggravation that would be caused by it?) They told me it was good starting in January (and I never did go back to retrieve something with it), and because I'm boycotting the paper bags, I asked for my receipt and out the door, I went - product in hand - happy I got what I was looking for - on a whim.

There's only an option for a Chat Bot. After you've explained your dilemma several times to the bot, who asks for info piece by piece, you're forwarded online to wait for a call from Just Answer. After 15 minutes of trying to clear up connection issues, I'm told I should go to the website for information about adjusting my order. I very frustrating. The live person I spoke with told me changes can only be made 15 minutes after placing an online order. But when my order arrives, I can go to my nearest Kohl's and do an exchange or return for a fee. Just an aside ...I received a $100 gift card from my Medicare Advantage provider for Kohl's. Should have taken the Home Depot. They have their s**t together.
