I was a bit concerned about MMC not having many (if any) reviews online. So I asked decksdirect if they would match MMC pricing. They refused citing better customer support. I'm not sure how they could have better customer support than MMC. Everything I did though MMC was perfect. Every order, every piece of advice, every shipment, every date given, everything was exactly as they said it would be, perfectly shipped, and with a great attitude. I give MMC my highest recommendation.

When I requested an itemized bill, Daryl refused to provide one. It should be no problem to show the customer what you charged them for. When you refuse to be transparent in your charges, that does raise some questions about billing practices. I also tried to pay my bill over the phone and they attempted to charge a $15 fee even though standard credit card fee is only 2-3%.

We were then later called and given the option to buy a canopy in the same color for an additional $30 per canopy. My wife reminded them they had already offered to paint them for us. They then did not return calls. We then called them back and they told us they would be willing to paint them if we brought them the paint and then they would charge us a 50$ labor fee. We had to pay for the fans in advance and with a restocking fee we'd lose money to return them. We purchased them with the understanding that they were going to match the colors. I'd prefer to shop local when I can despite finding the fans cheaper online. However, I will not shop here again because of the dishonesty. It feels that they took our money and then changed the terms. They are helpful in person and seem knowledgeable about their products. It's always nice to be able to see in person before you buy it. Given the restocking fee and deceptive practices I would recommend buying online or another local store.

They took us from start to finish on every stage of putting in a Safe Step Walk In Tub. They worked so hard, asked nothing of us, and took only two breaks in 10 hours, each day. You can trust them. You can utterly trust them. They are real people. They are not out to scope vulnerable people. We bought a new toilet before they arrived, because Safe Step assured used it would be no prob to exchange new for old during remodel. When they tore out the 40 year old john, they put it on the porch for my mom to see and gave hilarious suggestions for using it as a flower pot.
