I had to call them to see if it was done, which it was so I went in to get it today and waited at the service desk as instructed. Needless to say others were helped ahead of me after getting there after me. Called and talked to the LADY owner and she was rude and hateful so I ended up having my daughter pick up my item. That is truly bad business practices and I will no longer support them. I hope the LADY owner is happy for losing a valued customer.

The screen material used was a higher quality material than I currently had. And the price was $3 less expensive per screen than other competitors. The staff are friendly and helpful. It's not a big box store. They do not have ten variations of everything you need. But so far, they have always had what I needed.

Several hours later, I get an email (after customer service closed, of course) canceling my order, no explanation or nothing. I am accusing them of several things,, False Advertising, Bad business practices, Possible Fraud and Bait and switch. Supplier refused to send the correct but unless we made a further payment stating that we had used them therefore it was our problem I get it, we used the bits as we had no choice, but good customer relations should have followed and did not. It was very frustrating. In the garden center, there was one person doing inventory-type things with a scanner, so we approached her about getting a bunch of bags of mulch loaded. Her name was Amber; she walked over with my sister. She told her that my sister's blue hair was awesome (which made her day).  She helped with the mulch. At check out, Connie went out of her way to find a Lowe's that had a product we couldn't find here.  It was above and beyond customer service. She was so friendly too. We had 16 bags of mulch, so we needed help with loading, but despite repeated calls for assistance, no one arrived. After 7 minutes, a manager stepped in, and 3 men showed up. Two started to help me, but one was not dressed for 25-degree weather. Ryan, our loader, told him to go inside, and he'd handle it. Ryan was awesome! He was very friendly and efficiently loaded the bags. Gold stars Amber, Connie, and Ryan.

They so-called fixed it for it to do the exact same thing a day later. When I called customer service, they send you all around the store and give you no answers other than we already had a replacement which is not true. They don't answer and when they do they disconnect the call the worst customer service I've ever experienced in my life. Save your money and go to Home Depot or Best Buy.
