Staffed by a bunch of dudes in their 20s and 30s who are more interested in staring at their phone or chatting with their fellow staff than to actually pay attention to the game they are supposed to be supervising as a referee. The safety briefing is a glorified slideshow that is not engaging in the slightest, you pretty much have to listen to one dude talking at a normal volume while in a room of 40+ others talking over him. They could use a megaphone or PA system to help. Many of us were confused about objectives, game modes, spawns, because the safety briefing sucks to listen to. They do not clean the field in between day and night sessions, with how many leftover bbs there were on the ground (i slipped and fell), id be surprised if they cleaned up weekly. The attached Evike outpost is nice as a shop staffed with knowledgeable and helpful employees, they have airsoft technicians to help you get your gear back up and running. I would increase my rating if they cleaned up more to lower the risk of injury due to slipping, and actually had engaging referees. I like playing here, even though i have to drive from hella far away. The areas needing improvement seem really obvious and easy to handle, i just want the place to be the best it can be.

Held the LMG I wanted, answered all my Qs about batteries and chargers, general talk about the hobby itself. 10/10 service. They've created a family centered atmosphere amongst their staff and many loyal players which my son and I truly enjoyed from day one. Their prices are fair and they have enough gear inventory for beginner and seasoned paintball players. Ballistic Ben's "Game o Games" event is also something truly remarkable and memorable. I won't write what happens because I think it's best that you experience it yourself. Yes, getting shot with paintball does cause bruises, but the excitement and competition makes it an awesome experience. My son and I look forward to Saturdays at Ballistic Ben's, and we'll bring more family and friends to enjoy and share the thrill of paintball.

I asked if it was new or used because I did not realize Freak made a XXL kit, and I thought it was just an old or used kit because older kits had the longer sleeves versus now a lot of companies are switching to smaller ones. Anyways I didn't have the chance to explain myself before the gentleman that walked in overreacted to my question thinking I was calling his product used or old. He misunderstood me and fired first ask questions later. This Will be the First and last time I ever step foot in this establishment. My young child and I walked in today and not only were we immediately greeted but the person behind the counter, Maile also asked if we needed any help finding anything, and then I saw a really cute hat as she was ringing me up for a swimming cap and she told her coworker that I was looking for one that I could adjust to fit better around my head. In the meantime, another customer had approached the counter and at the last minute I grabbed one more thing. Maile rung my items up and asked me if I wanted a bag. Then, she helped the other customer on the other side as her coworker tried appeasing me with other hat sizes. Every person working there seemed to have a smile and a FANTASTIC attitude!
