I would only accept highly rated companies with good reviews and an A+ BBB rating which came down to ~4 companies. I had planned on getting a few estimates and going from there. I honestly don't know why I chose to call CWS first, but I did, my call was taken by a wonderful lady whose name I cannot recall but she scheduled me immediately with Jeff. Well, I'll tell you, Jeff was excellent, he gave me honest assessments and helped me figure out what I needed, not what he could sell me. I had several requirements which he listed to and gave me honest, educated advice for all of them. Several weeks later my materials had been delivered, and we set up the date. The crew arrived on time and went straight to work after a brief conversation; I believe the crew chief was Daniel. The crew did an excellent job and listened to all my concerns, I had zero issues with them, they were great and did excellent work. In closing I will say, for the siding work I had done, and I've had siding done twice before, these guys were the best by a mile. All I can say in closing is, make sure you keep these people around, they make your business look really good.

We hired this company for some interior remodeling, including refinishing a hardwood floor,…read moredrywall, painting, and baseboard heater removal/installation, and also some exterior gutter/flashing work. We were not happy with the hardwood floor right away because of some major flaws in the finish. The owners of the company tried to blame the finish on our old floor, not the fault of the company. Looking at the rest of the interior work from a distance, we were happy with it for the most part, until closer inspection. There were multiple things that just shouldn't of been done and left by a professional company. Very visible paint flaws, uneven walls, new heater not working, crooked outlet covers sticking out from the wall, poorly/cheaply done floor transitions from room to room, ceilings not thoroughly painted, improper gutter and flashing installation, large holes drilled and covered up, poorly done exterior work in general-just overall careless, poorly done work. When our complaints were brought to their attention, we didn't get an apology from anyone. Owners were argumentative and defensive. We were accused of being nitpicky by Scott, in which he now denies. We were also told that the company lost money on our project. A list was made of all of our complaints, and after going back and forth for weeks, the owner finally came out to address them. Some issues were resolved, other weren't. Some were totally ignored. Even after specifically pointing out a problem with a transition twice, and the owner clearly understanding the problem, he proceeded to have an attitude and make a smart remark about it, and still didn't fix it. Gutters were installed over the flashing which is incorrect, though the owners continue to argue and say it was done correctly. Bird boxes were poorly finished, among other things on the exterior. The owner even degraded his own company's work while on the roof, not knowing his crew was the one who did the work when he wasn't there, then he tried to cover up what he said with excuses and lies-something he did all along. The owner did completely refinish the floor, as he says, "in good faith", and it looks much better than it did the first time, but it's still not up to par. Bubbles everywhere in the finish, that we were told by his employee would be sanded out. This project began in late October of 2018, and we are still dealing with them. The owner has promised multiple times that things will be fixed, yet he doesn't hold to his word. Last contact with them was 11 weeks ago, when we were told he would come fix the bird box and other things outside. Still nothing. This isn't even all of it. I can't even count how many times they didn't show up on time-hours late or didn't show up at all, not even bothering to call and let us know. Can't even tell you how many times the owner made excuses and lied to us about multiple things. We spent thousands of dollars to get poorly done unprofessional work and deal with constant lies and excuses. What should have been a very exciting experience remodeling our home has become a nightmare.

After the workers left, we noticed that there were split boards, improperly installed hinges and terribly hand cut bottoms of some of the boards. The first two times that we contacted Larry, he acted like he was going to get someone out to fix the issue. The third time we contacted Larry, he stated that he had told a couple guys to go out to fix the issue and thought it was done. The fourth time we contacted Larry in November 2020, we told him to have it fixed by November 20, 2020 or we would put reviews out and contact the Ohio Attorney General and he responded with, "Lose my number". He never intended to make the job right, he just drug us along. DO NOT hire Master Tech Contractor Services or Larry C. for anything. You will be disappointed. Also, we did follow through with the AG and he lied to the Ohio Attorney Generals office and stated that he never got paid for the job despite the fact that we already provided the AG office with a signed receipt of the job that has Larry's signature on it. Too bad this wasn't in court under oath since we have the absolute proof to back everything up. Please steer clear of this guy.

He quoted me $12,000!!! $7,000 more than other quotes I received. I then asked him to email me the quote so I have documentation of it. He never emailed it to me after I asked him twice. They never followed up with me. I just couldn't believe how high the quote was. We obviously went with someone else. I wish he would have least not ignored my texts and responded to my request.
