My family had to go get drinks quickly and missed moments of the reception while 3 servers stood in the back. Needless to say our photos now reflect can drinks and water bottles on our elegant tables. The owners take no responsibility for what happened. They advertise as professionals but don't let that fool you. The food was just ok and not worth 4,000 for 67 people that doesn't include tea, water, lemonade as advertised. I was told that was only for corporate events. Wow! Please do not allow them to ruin your day! I was charged 1,050 in production fees. I never used their plasticware, and was given 3 servers that hid in the back most of the time. Of course they helped themselves to the drinks we had to run get. It was the most unprofessional crew I have ever encountered. As well as the most unprofessional owner. She never once called me and she knew I was upset. She takes no responsibility for their mistakes.

We had Audrey as our entertainer, and she was a true professional from beginning to end, texting clear details of her upcoming booking with us, showed up on time the day of, and she had such a sweet and friendly demeanor. She came dressed to do face painting, (a true artist! Some images were painted on kids arms), shared magic tricks, then made balloon animals. She then changed for photo ops in the famed costume and our kid guests just had such a blast with her!
