At no point--either on their website or during initial communication--did they disclose that they are unable to verify or correct ignition timing for this model. Notably, they do include this disclaimer for other models, which creates a reasonable expectation that the 550SX service includes full functional verification. Had this been clearly stated, I would not have proceeded with the service. After receiving the restored components and reinstalling them correctly, the system failed within minutes. The internal ground wire from the stator into the electrical box melted almost immediately. I documented everything thoroughly and provided clear photo evidence showing there was no installation error, no pinched wiring, and no internal arcing that could have caused this. Despite this, I was told I would need to pay additional money for them to repair the failure--even though the evidence strongly indicated a defect or oversight in their work. I reluctantly agreed just to move forward. After reinstalling the repaired stator, the machine still would not run. I then performed my own diagnostics and confirmed that the CDI was not firing at the correct ignition timing. To eliminate any doubt, I installed a known working electrical box from an identical ski, which immediately restored proper timing and operation. I provided all of this information in good faith, expecting a reputable company to stand behind their work and investigate further. Instead, communication stopped entirely. Follow-up attempts--both by myself and a third party who had previously done significant business with them--resulted only in a generic response shifting all blame to "customer installation." Only at that point did they admit that they do not actually verify ignition timing, and that their testing is limited to confirming spark. They then attempted to sell me another CDI unit rather than address the issue. In total, I spent approximately $800 and was left with non-functional components, additional damage, and no meaningful support. Based on my experience: Critical service limitations are not clearly disclosed Failures are defaulted to customer fault regardless of evidence Accountability after payment is effectively nonexistent Communication ceases when presented with technical proof I cannot recommend this company.

Jet Thrust will not come off MSRP. Retail pricing, Ok that is fine, however, on top of paying retail they want to charge ridiculous amount of extra money for PREP and DESTINATION. You end up paying over a thousand dollars MORE than you should. That's pure dealer profit on top of what they already make (Invoice price vs Retail price). Google search indicates the prep takes a competent mechanic 30 minutes to accomplish. At $120 and hour, that's $60. Google search indicates destination charges are $125. (125+60=$185). Why are they charging over $1000 for something that is roughly $185? Folks, there are many other options for purchasing a new JetSki than this place. A simple google search shows many dealers within metro Atlanta. And places that will work with you on pricing. I took my business elsewhere and got a fair deal. Keeping a dealer in business with them making a living is one thing. Price gouging is another. People that are not educated with this continue to keep this place alive and well.

Once you finally do talk to someone, they say that the boat is functional and we can take it when we want and bring it back when we are done to get it back into the shop for repairs (which will never happen, hence the 6 months they have had my boat. But then, after talking to the service techs... they tell me that there's electrical issues and safety issues that make the boat functionable BUT NOT reliable or safe. WORST SERVICE SHOP EVER!! The person who drives the boat is required to take a test and know boat safety before getting in the water. We rented a pontoon boat from 11 am to 5 pm and was $550 plus gas consumption. They do get really busy and packed, so parking could be an issue. The walk from parking to where you check in is quite hilly, so keep this in mind when bringing children/elders. There's even a place where you can inflate your floaties to enjoy the lake better!
