Worst Service ever…read more I had booked my Sky Diving reservation on 30-Aug-2014 over the phone. While booking the reservation, I had specifically stated that I want the reservation to be done in LA as I don't have a personal vehicle to commute. But even after my instructions, I was given a reservation at other places and that too twice. I called customer care as to inquire what was going on and they said that they don't have any spots in LA, and I could cancel my reservation if I want too. My question is shouldn't representative who was booking my reservation, cancelled it straight away as he did not see any spot at the time he was doing my reservation? Eventually I had to cancel the reservation and since then I am looking for refund of my hard earned money. Amount I have paid for Sky diving is $246.5 and for Video recording is $ 108.75. I have called customer care number, 18605814466, almost 50 times , and have spoken to various customer care representatives and also to the manager once. Each time I am given the same response that manager would get back to me, which he eventually does not except once. I understand that I had signed the waiver form for amount not being refundable but I did not expect that reservation would not be done in LA and I have to face such sort of trauma to get the amount refunded. I think what is happened here is not ethical at all and service offered by these guys did not match my expectations at all. I reinstate that I have been pursuing this for past two months now with much of patience and I guess I have to wait for ages on this as I still haven't received my refund. Opened a support ticket 4 days back but haven't received any response for that too. I would not recommend any one to go for there service.

She couldn't believe the way the situation was handled, and wanted to fix it. She arranged for the game bus to come to our house for two hours this past Sunday, with Spot Reservation footing the bill. I wish I had caught her name, because she was great, and they finally gave our boys the party they deserved. When all is said and done it was finally handled right, which I do appreciate, but I wish it would have been right the first time. Big thanks to the woman who finally did help us out, but proceed with caution.

Stay away! By far the worst customer service of any business I've heard of. This company is an…read more"adventure sports" broker of sorts, booking reservations for things like skydiving and balloon rides across the country. My boyfriend initially purchased a Living Social gift certificate for a balloon ride this summer in the Philadelphia area. The Living Social deal was only for one person, which wasn't entirely clear from the description, so he purchased a second ticket directly from the company. Our initial flight was scheduled for a Sunday sunrise time in late August, but had to be rescheduled due to weather. This is where it gets messy. The Living Social voucher was cancelled and refunded because, like most of these deals, it had sold out and the company was unable to keep up with demand, and had completely booked up through the expiration date. My boyfriend purchased a second ticket from the company, and went about trying to reschedule for another date for us. He went back and forth with a representative for two weeks, attempting to schedule a date, confirm, reconfirm, etc. The rep finally said she had a date, had confirmed with the pilot and all he had to do was call and confirm again the next day. No dice. Once he called again, the manager (a different person that we'd spoken to previously) said there was no record of his transaction or reservation. Inconvenient, for sure. My boyfriend went back and forth AGAIN with this manager, trying to secure a date, even though the day prior a rep said we were booked and confirmed for Saturday morning. The manager said we had the option of a Sunday evening flight, which was inconvenient for us but we wanted to go soon before it got cold. My boyfriend told the manager he would check with me and call back, at which point the manager CANCELLED the reservation without asking. There's far too much communication error at this company. Upon speaking with the pilot we would have been flying with (the broker is based in GA but uses local pilots depending on where you're located), my boyfriend learned this isn't the first time the broker has lost clients due to this difficult-to-deal-with behavior. We still have not been able to book a date and are at our wits end dealing with incompetent, rude and careless managers. To add insult to injury, the manager of the company didn't even take the time to use my boyfriend's correct first or last name during the credit card dispute statements! His name is right there! At least have respect enough for your customers to use the correct name when dealing with paperwork. How absolutely careless and rude. We have no choice now but to deal with this terrible company or throw hundreds of dollars down the drain. Stay far far far away.

Our skydiving trip was cancelled due to the weather and I tried to get a refund. I was told the tickets were non-refundable and that I could use the tickets up to two years of purchase. Great! Well now it comes time for me to use the tickets and they DO NOT answer the phone and I am given the option to leave a message for a call back. I have left 10 messages in the last week and still have yet to get a call back. I'm not sure if this company is still in business, if not they took my money and ran. DO NOT Purchase from this company EVER.

Where do I begin. This business has been sold, i found out today, the day, the day i was looking…read moreforward to surprising the most amazing woman in my life, out for a once in a lifetime experience on her birthday, TODAY, as i write this. I booked this last month 9/30, to be exact. I understood that any weather events etc. may result in a reschedule and I was willing to take that chance. I called the 677-2700 number the day before to confirm we were good to go and was greeted with a voicemail that said for a faster response to text that same number and I did, no response, I should've known, I never received a return call to either the call or text and was told they had no record of either when we showed up for the flight (has that ever happened to you? Not me and I live and die by my phone for work). I have screen shots of all these calls and texts. I called another number (the day of) listed on the confirmation receipt that went to voicemail after three rings and again another text that said they were on another call and to text for a response, this was one hour before flight time, no response. I called and called again only to get a text, finally, that the plane was in maintenance and i would have to reschedule, 20 minutes before our scheduled flight. My drive was two hours plus in Atlanta traffic ONE WAY for this. The suite they give you at the airport has almost zero mention of this company and there was no one there, I was told by the person (that never gave their name) that they had purchased the company from the prior owner with all the details of the squabbles resulting from this change in ownership. I don't care about any of that. Ask yourself before booking with these folks, I presume a loved one will be 10k plus feet in the air with you, would you trust them with that responsibility? This booking is an automated process, they have my email, my cell number, about anyway you could hope to contact me. If you're going to tell me the plane is in maintenance, wouldn't you, as a business owner, look at what you have booked and contact those people in advance to inform them given this was known well before? So I ask you again, do you want to be in a plane, with a loved one owned and operated by people that conduct their business in this manner? If you do, I pray for you. Maybe my girl and I dodged a bullet but they ruined something for someone so special. I ask you to look at the prices, this is not a cheap endeavor and in this day and age to not be able to communicate effectively is inexcusable. This is not a traveling fair, this is serious business so take this for what its worth. Hit me up if you want/can, I'll share all the texts. I'll be contacting all proper authorities to look into these people, hell, I've done Ifly and there was more professionalism and safety involved than anything i experienced with Biplane Rides over Atlanta by far. Best of luck. Be Safe, RN

In the week leading up to the flight, I called five times to try to get details; not once did they call back. The day before, I called to check in and again no one answered. I left a voicemail. Just 15 minutes before the flight time, the plane was nowhere in sight and I got a text message that they cancelled it because they hadn't heard from me! After responding with proof that I had checked in, they then claimed that the plane was broken. To top it all off, they didn't even offer a refund. Great way to ruin a birthday, Biplane Rides over Atlanta!

However, when he attempted to redeem the voucher, he was told an additional ticket had to be purchased in order to fly -- something that was NEVER clearly stated on the voucher or during the booking process. When I called to get clarification, Francisco informed me that I was basically "SOL" unless I purchased another ticket, which completely defeats the purpose of the gift voucher. I then asked about a refund and was told the purchase was nonrefundable, despite there being no clear disclosure of that policy either. Things only got worse from there. When I requested a corporate address and phone number, I was referred to a Chicago office. I called six times and was repeatedly hung up on. When I used a different phone number, someone finally answered -- only for me to be left on hold for 1 hour and 50 minutes and counting. This entire experience has been frustrating, misleading, and completely unacceptable from a customer service standpoint. At this point, I am hoping for a resolution, but if one is not provided, I will be forced to report this situation as a potential scam due to the lack of transparency and inability to reach anyone for proper support.
