I contacted this company to book them for my daughter's birthday party and didn't get a response. I followed up to my initial email and finally got an answer. After responding to that email, I never heard back from them. Very unprofessional as far as communication goes. Don't recommend you hire them if you like communication to be prompt. It shouldn't be our job as customers to follow up constantly to get responses. A reputable company communicates in a timely manner. read more

I will start by saying I have never left a bad review, as an old event planner I understand firsthand things happen. Although I really liked all of the items I ordered, my experience with this company was not the best. I will admit that they worked with my budget and originally there was no issue. I had an event on saturday, expecting 60 people. The items i ordered including props a wall and tables with cloths were supposed to come Friday. I received a message on Thursday saying everyone was sick and they had to cancel that i would recieve my $260 deposit back. I was understanding that things happen however, I was under stress about how to find things in a day and was hoping they had a back up plan. I asked if they could reach out and see if anyone else could deliver and didnt hear back till friday afternoon. At that point I had already found someone to order tabled and cloths (not the kind i originally ordered). I was told that someone "might" be able to drop things off Saturday morning. However it wouldnt be everythign I ordered. At that point i had moved on from being upset and I said I did want one of the props however I didnt see it worth it to drive an hour for one prop. I was asked "so you want to cancel" I responded with I don't think it would be worth it for you. I never heard back. I resched out a few days later saying I hadnt received my deposit, and was told there are no deposits for cancellations......... I did not cancel. I had to last minute find tables and figure out plan b's for my event. I went back and forth with them and they said they would credit me for another event. Im sorry but i put a deposit for services and received none. To be told I cancelled and they were keeping $260 when all i received was stress 2 days before my event one day before drop off. Went back and fourth again I was told I would receive a refund on the 1st. I said sure i can wait a few days. I did receive a PARTAIL refund of $130. Excuse me! nothing was signed nothing was discussed about a partial refund. Then was told that they had the stuff ready and set up ready to go and their "time". How does that validate keeping 25% of the total I was going to pay and 50% of the deposit. I had to report it to my bank. This is really upsetting as i throw many events and would have been a consistent customer. However, I was robbed of $130, for no services and a headache. I did not cancel they did, and I got charged. I got Adele from Mystique Party Rentals to do my daughter's last minute Quinceanera. I got her from two referrals which she did an amazing job on making each event unique and beautiful. She turned my backyard into a beautiful hall! I only had a month to turn a party into a quince, and on a tight budget too. We did tent, draping and lighting in tent, chandeliers, linen, chair covers, chargers, entire dessert table (stands, candy, and most desserts seen in pics), and dance floor. She does center pieces too, but with it being so last minute was unable to do it. She had TONS more she could of done, but I couldn't do. I definitely will be using her services in the future to make my events look just as fabulous! My daughter was so happy with how it came out, and so was everyone of our guest! read more

She was so easy to work with, she gave me great advice on decor and responded to me very quickly. The end results was amazing. My only regret was not hiring her a year ago when I started planning the event. I wish she could've been my over all planner. read more

I'm sure her brother didn't mean to say that she forgot about my event. She discounted the original price. I usually do everything myself for birthdays and I can get very particular with decor, but this time around for the first time I left it in the hands of another person, and I was blown away!! I was extremely happy with the decor, the details and just everything in general!! I had a buzzlight year theme (toy story) party and it was amazing!!
