I want to note that the balloons were not ONLY wrong, but they didn't have the blue confit inside as requested. This is very disappointing. I have a video of this complete disappointment my best friend experienced because of this mistake. We will never be able to get this moment back. Photos of what was requested and what we got instead. They didn't reach out to explain they didn't have the colors requested so I could adjust the request or reach out to someone else. Instead, they continued to charge us $470 for this mess. A very unprofessional and disappointing experience. Use them at your own risk!

I was hesitating to do a review for this small business, esp a woman owned business. The person I was working with was so pleasant, I believe it was the owner. They responded so quickly and so pleasant. I placed the order short notice, roughly 5 days or so. A balloon 3ft white and gold 40 mosaic set. When I picked it up I was so disappointed. When I brought it to my car my husband gave me a look and said please tell me this was $50. The cut out was breaking apart, the balloons were coming off and becoming deflated. We had to fix it at the party. I was embarrassed to even bring it to the party. Not one person complimented on it. It cost $200 but she gave a 15% discount. I would hope that the order just turned out that way because of my short notice. Again the owners were so pleasant it's just the product was just not what I expected.

This amazing company is above and beyond. My daughters graduation is tomorrow and i just realized this morning that I hadn't ordered any decorations. Flash forward to my panic this morning and I called and spoke with Veronica. No problem she said. Complete your order request and we will try to deliver tonight or tomorrow. Completed the order and was notified they could deliver tonight. Are you kidding me!!! That's amazing. They were due at 10pm. Veronica showed up at 9:30 with a gorgeous set of columns for our front porch. They will be amazing for pictures tomorrow. Bonus she brought her adorable pup Romeo. Love this company. Highly recommend.

Very satisfied! I ordered balloons for my grandsons birthday and I feel like the arrangement we got was nicer than the pictures she sent as examples. The only words of advice that I would give is to be specific about delivery time. The balloons arrived before 8am on a weekend morning for a 5pm event, but it's on me because I DID say "any time before 4". ‍

I used them for my baby shower and they were very responsive in emailing different options. On the day of the event the designer brought over the balloons in a van and was very helpful in figuring out a place to attach the balloons and the balloons looked beautiful. The designer even helped me securing my backdrop and other decorations. I would use them for the next event I host. read more

It was my daughter's birthday on Wednesday and I was in a pinch. I wanted to do something nice but it was dinner on a Wednesday night. I saw the Balloon Boss Van and thought "Maybe, just maybe, they could make her night a little more special." She came through like a boss! Getting a quote and setting up a time was a breeze. Was in search of a balloon arch for my best friends baby shower and Ivania was so helpful. She suggested 2 archs to make the esthetic much better. Had a billion questions, and she had all the right answers. From the color of the balloons to the gold butterflies. They came on time and set up with no hassle and it came out perfect. They were awesome on time and made my twins sweet 16 birthday POP. They created a beautiful partial arch. Loved the colors. They also added a few balloons to a eseal I had out in front. Also this is big....i had the 16 balloons and to hold them down they used one weighted balloon and that was hidden by ballons It look great. Not just using a standard weight super cute. We had a birthday party at a winery in Livermore. we booked kind of last minute but Ballon Boss still squeezed us in! They arrived early and set up the beautiful lay out of Balloons. It was a little windy so Gabby from BB made it work & made sure the design set up would not blow away. The service was excellent and we will book Ballon Boss again for future events! I hired Balloon Boss for my son's jungle safari themed birthday party. The company delivered above and beyond what was expected and did an AMAZING job! Not only did Ivania have an amazing vision with limited info, her creativity blew everyone away and made this magical moment something my loved ones will enjoy for a lifetime. I recently planned my sister's 40th birthday party and chose Balloon Boss for the decorations, a decision I deeply regret. The communication was done entirely over text, and we were quoted $830. However, when they arrived for setup, all we got was a balloon wreath and some pampas, completely missing key elements from the inspiration pictures we provided. The person who came to set up was extremely apologetic and admitted that there was a huge lack of communication on their end. They even acknowledged that we were charged $830 for what was essentially a $300 setup. When I asked to speak with the owner, the person refused, citing the owner's unavailability. As we were busy with guests, I didn't have time to address the issue immediately. When I finally did respond two days later, I was met with accusations. They blamed us for "mistreating" their employee, for asking them to set up in a different location (which we had to do because their original photos were misleading), and continued to deflect responsibility by concocting a series of lies about miscommunication within their team. In reality, it was the owner herself who came to do the setup, despite their attempts to portray their business as a large operation. It's clear they are manipulating customers, pointing fingers at each other, and taking advantage of people. This company is unprofessional, dishonest, and only interested in taking your money. I would strongly advise against using Balloon Boss for any event. read more

They took the time to truly understand my vision, offered thoughtful decor ideas that aligned with it, and worked within my budget constraints without ever making me feel limited. I contacted several vendors, but none matched the level of communication, creativity, and partnership that Balloon Boss brought to the table. They didn't just execute an order--they helped bring an idea to life. On the day of the event, any nerves I had completely disappeared. They even expanded part of the design to preserve my door frame structure while still achieving (rather enhancing) the overall look and feel I wanted. My parents were genuinely overwhelmed and emotional when they saw everything, and our guests were equally impressed. Friends & us have used Balloon Boss services on many occasions and have been extremely happy with the creative outcome. From my father in law's celebration of life, our daughters 14th birthday celebrated on Halloween to baby showers and business events. I have hired other companies in the past that haven't quite done the job like Balloon Boss. They are always on time, listens to my anal requests of colors & pays attention to detail. Now that we have moved from the Bay Area to El Dorado Hills we STILL hire Balloon Boss for all our events. They do charge a traveling fee but it is well worth it when the service is reliable! They really helped me out! Because of circumstances too long to detail, I had to get a balloon arrangement for a bachelor party on pretty short notice and I was worried about finding a good one that would deliver on time. Balloon boss was very responsive, replying to my emails within minutes, they went out of their way to take care of my order even though it was on short notice, and I left the designs and colors of the balloons to their professional judgement and they did it perfectly!
