Although I did not end up going with Sarie's Parties for my son's first birthday party, I must commend them on their top-notch customer service. Sarah and I communicated back and forth for almost a month through email and phone to try to conceptualize my vision and make it come to life. She sent me three different proposals, included sketches and helpful ideas to play around with and also conducted a site visit. Because I am a mom-zilla (former bride-zilla) I wanted a more complicated and elaborate backdrop with props and other 3D elements. It's my son's first birthday so I wanted to be extra. Sarah was very upfront and honest about what they could provide, especially considering my chosen theme was unfamiliar to her and just not very common. In the end, we decided to part ways. But she didn't stop there, she was able to find me another vendor that could provide the exact services I needed. I am so sad that Sarah and I did not end up working together because she spent so much time on this potential project. My son turned 1 today. Even though we are in the middle of the COVID-19 pandemic, I decided to get balloons to make my son's birthday feel livelier. I ordered two balloon bouquets from Sarsie's Parties and I was so pleased with not only the balloon bouquets, but also the service and communication. It was a no-contact delivery so Sarah took the extra steps in coordinating my order and provided me clear pick-up instructions. Also when I picked up the balloons, each bouquet was wrapped up so that the strings from the two bouquets don't tangle with each other when inside the car...trust me it has happened before (balloons bought from a different place) and it takes time to untangle the strings. Where do I start on all the great things Sarah and team did....Sarah was extremely prompt in responding to all my questions, addressing any concerns I had and attentive to every little detail she picked up from what information I had shared with her. Which wasn't very prescriptive. I came to Sarah with just an ask to throw me a baby shower with the color purple. What Sarah designed and put together for me was beyond my expectations. The decorations were all set up very timely and every little detail was well thought out. Her team was very creative with the dessert table, incorporating the color theme into the dessert table to complement the cake and cupcakes. She helped me with a recommendation on venue (when we were struggling to find something) and thoughts on how much to budget for different items which was extremely helpful. We used their team photographer who did a fantastic job capturing the various moments at the event. They even brought a sound system for us which was great since we didn't have anything of our own to source. Sarah and her team went above and beyond in making sure we had everything we needed to be a successful event. Sarsie brought the party for sure!! And lucky me, I finally found the company I've been searching for for years! Sarah and her team are rockstars of party planning. It was my first time working with them but not the first time to attempt booking them for our son's birthday party!
