My issues start when this company asked for additional money a day before stating that it would be extra for them to hang the balloons. I've NEVER had someone charge me extra to install my balloon garlands. That's typically part of the service. Next, the balloons arrive, I'm very excited and realize that the garlands look short. I measured them with a tape measure and they measured 6ft, when I specifically asked them to be 8ft. I also requested silver stars to be incorporated in the garland. The stars were there but not attached and ended flying all over my yard halfway through the party. The garlands basically fell apart halfway through the party. Very bad construction. DO NOT USE THEM!!! Update- Their response was "fixing the issue regarding windy weather"!!! The weather has nothing to do with it. The garlands I paid for were VERY poorly made. That was the problem!!!

I also was never told that I was booking a trainee or that a trainee would arrive without the attire, table/chair setup, or level of service the owner had described. Had that been communicated before I booked, I would have chosen another company. The owner initially acknowledged to me in writing that she had missed my requests and failed to communicate the level of service I was booking. I stand by my original review and unfortunately would not recommend this company based on my experience. Original Post: Unfortunately, we were very disappointed with our experience. We paid $250 for two hours of face painting and balloon twisting for my son's birthday party. On the company's intake form, I specifically selected that we wanted the entertainer to arrive in costume and that she would need to bring her own table. Neither happened. The entertainer arrived in jeans and a gray college sweatshirt with no company attire or costume, and without a table or even a chair for herself. She had only a small tray for her supplies, so I had to find a bench and figure out where to set her up. She was pleasant and the face painting and balloons themselves were fine, but there was very little engagement or presence as a party entertainer. Several guests didn't realize she was the entertainer, and I spent time directing parents and children over to her instead of enjoying my son's party. When I contacted the owner afterward, she initially apologized and acknowledged that she had missed my requests on the intake form and that the communication failure was on her end. She also explained that their artists normally arrive in company attire. I was then told that the person sent to our party was actually a trainee and that trainees do not bring tables, chairs, specific attire, or costumes. This was never disclosed to me before booking. Had I known I was paying $250 for a trainee with a substantially different level of service, I would have chosen one of the other entertainment companies we were considering. I understand that mistakes happen, and the entertainer herself was perfectly nice. My disappointment is with paying for one experience, receiving something very different, and only learning afterward that we had been assigned a trainee. Unfortunately, I would not book with this company again.

I called on Monday and told her that wasn't given a time to drop them off so I assumed it would be the same as Friday. I worked until 8:30 pm so I would drop them off Tuesday. Tuesday morning I had a whole bunch of missed calls and a voicemail saying she was going to make a police report and report them as stolen. I called her back and told her I would drop them off on my way to work. She said "come now because I'm asthmatic and won't take them back if it starts to rain" when I dropped them I was setting them on the side walk. She said to bring them in the store because loading and unloading was not part of the service. She started to tell me that I am lucky she is not changing me for the extra days and was going to make sure they don't rent to me again. She said no rental business takes the chairs back past 5 and they always put a note on the rental agreement to bring them back before 3. I showed her the paper and there was no note nor was it ever communicated to me. At the end of the night she was taking pictures of me and my car. Then she called the next day to say chairs were missing, I told her I dropped them all off, she hung up and that was that.
