My party was on Saturday, after I showed up at 5:15 Mercedes said she tells customers to come after 6:30pm, she had me wait because she said she needed to close the store so she can give me the tables. (On a side note, the day I was there, she was talking a lot of mess about her employee to another costumer in front of all the other costumers. She said some very private personal stuff about his mother's death and how he was good for nothing and he didn't help her at all. I want to run into him to tell him to quit that place!) I called on Monday and told her that wasn't given a time to drop them off so I assumed it would be the same as Friday. I worked until 8:30 pm so I would drop them off Tuesday. Tuesday morning I had a whole bunch of missed calls and a voicemail saying she was going to make a police report and report them as stolen. I called her back and told her I would drop them off on my way to work. She said "come now because I'm asthmatic and won't take them back if it starts to rain" when I dropped them I was setting them on the side walk. She said to bring them in the store because loading and unloading was not part of the service. She started to tell me that I am lucky she is not changing me for the extra days and was going to make sure they don't rent to me again. She said no rental business takes the chairs back past 5 and they always put a note on the rental agreement to bring them back before 3. I showed her the paper and there was no note nor was it ever communicated to me. At the end of the night she was taking pictures of me and my car. Then she called the next day to say chairs were missing, I told her I dropped them all off, she hung up and that was that.

I've NEVER had someone charge me extra to install my balloon garlands. That's typically part of the service. Next, the balloons arrive, I'm very excited and realize that the garlands look short. I measured them with a tape measure and they measured 6ft, when I specifically asked them to be 8ft. I also requested silver stars to be incorporated in the garland. The stars were there but not attached and ended flying all over my yard halfway through the party. The garlands basically fell apart halfway through the party. Very bad construction. DO NOT USE THEM!!! Update- Their response was "fixing the issue regarding windy weather"!!! The weather has nothing to do with it. The garlands I paid for were VERY poorly made. That was the problem!!!

I didn't check out immediately because I needed to check with my employer regarding their delivery policy--specifically whether to choose their free delivery window (which could leave a massive inflatable sitting at a residential home for up to 3 days, dropped off 24 hours the day before and picked up 24 hours the day after) or pay an extra fee for same-day service. The company reached out noticing I left items in the cart, asked how they could help, and explicitly offered to call their boss to see about price matching a competitor's delivery rate we were quoted. The moment I gave them the competitor's lower price, the attitude completely changed. The representative immediately got defensive, completely failed to grasp why a residential client wouldn't want a bounce house parked in their yard for multiple days, started trashing the other company by claiming their equipment was "20 years old" and saying that "there's a reason why they're cheaper". To top it all off, they later tried to cover their tracks via email by claiming "We're only doing parks not residential," which completely contradicts the entire text argument we just had about home delivery. This business is completely disorganized, unprofessional, and dishonest. Save yourself the headache and book with a reliable company that actually knows how to treat people.
