    She has a great variety of table linens and party decor at a reasonable price. She gave us several suggestions and options and made everything look beautiful. Mary even took video f the venue and shared it with us. So sweet of her.

    I called a few days before I needed the balloons so it was somewhat last minute. I was looking for a balloon bouquet with # 16 BIg Mylars with hot pink latex for my niece's sweet 16 birthday. I wanted to have them delivered to her school. I explained to Mary what my vision was which was simple. Mary's price was very reasonable and could schedule me for Monday delivery. On Monday Mary called me from the school and stated that my niece did not attend that school anymore Long story short she had switched schools and actually was home from school that day. Mary went beyond and delivered the balloons to the home. She allowed me to pay over the phone since I was in Vacaville and she was in Vallejo. The bouquet was beyond my expectations. It was so super cute!!! Thank you Mary. While her reviews are all 5 stars I can definitely she why. I will be a return customer and share with family and friends.

    We've hired Mary for all our major events in our family since 2014 and we've never been disappointed! She decorated for my daughter's Baptism reception party and it was so beautiful and different from my 1st daughter's and still very elegant She is treats us like family!

    Mary cares deeply about providing the best service for her customers. She wants to understand your vision and make it a reality, even if you don't know exactly what you want. She has great suggestions from her years of experience. When the balloons didn't fit under our tree, she didn't hesitate to climb a ladder and help trim our tree; and she even hauled all our debris! Mary was a pleasure to work with and her balloons made our "red egg and ginger" party so beautiful. Her five star yelp review is so well-deserved. Until our next party !

How do I describe this special woman's 70th bday celebration of 100+ guests? EXTRAVAGANT like the special person I call MOM. Mary treats you like family, it feels like I've known her forever and I can't wait for the next party. Her decorating skills are off the chain! Every picture is breathtaking. Mary and her team set up our party the night before, their was an error in my color scheme, and she corrected it the morning of the party!!     Mary is amazing at what she does! I reached out to her as I was planning a baby shower for my sister and wanted a beautiful balloon arch for our outdoor celebration. I had shared the vision of what I was looking for, and Mary truly exceeded it! She made the process easy and was so attentive to the details - double checking the colors I wanted, the exact stand, usage of garland, etc. My sister was absolutely in love with the arch (as we all were!); it made the perfect photo backdrop. There is no doubt that I'll be reaching out to Mary again for future events. Trust me, you will not be disappointed!

    Mary has done it again! She created the most magical Twinkle Twinkle Little Star theme for my sister's baby shower over the weekend and people are still raving about how pretty the venue was. Weeks prior to the event, Mary was always in contact with me helping me with party favor & dessert table ideas. She would text me to make sure that the balloons that she was preparing were what I had in mind. She recommended ways to utilize fixtures at the restaurant and really bring my vision for the event to life. She really held my hand in planning this event and because of that, everything went so smoothly. Mary is the party planner that you are looking for! Let her take care of your event.     There isn't any other person we would work with when it comes to party planning and decoration, especially balloons. My Family and I have been working with Mary for over 5 years and she never disappoints. We feel that she also gets better with every party. We have some complex requests and she always comes through for us. Her customer service is amazing. She goes above and beyond to help us make decisions and provides us with so many options and samples. She makes sure to ask as many questions as necessary to ensure that she fully comprehends what we are asking for.     Best word to describe Mary's work? F.A.N.T.A.S.T.I.C!!!!! Out of 3 services I looked up, she was the only one I felt comfortable with. At first I was hesitant because she seemed so busy and I wasn't sure if she would have time to put together my vision. But when the time came, she delivered in an UNBELIEVABLE way. To top it off she also helped me out since I was on a budget. Mary has a trusted service because she knows what she's doing and she knows what she is talking about.     Mary is rockstar! I've used her now two years in a row for my wife's birthday and Balloon Works delivered in spades each time. Mary made the process very painless; she was able to setup balloon installations at hotels and AirBnbs for me, coordinating on my behalf and making sure everything was set before we arrived. She also handled takedown perfectly. I can't recommend Ballon Works enough, especially from a guy like me who didn't give a ton of inspiration, and Mary was able to run with it and deliver things my wife loved. If you're considering making an event special - definitely get in contact with Balloon Works.

That coordinating team was beyond amazing!…read more They said on the day of the wedding I could enjoy the wedding and all would be don't by the team and they were not mistaken! It was unbelievable! Lorie,LaShawna and ALL the others were sooooo wonderful to deal with. Everything was as we talked about and exceeded our expectations!! Afterwards all of our belongings were put out together and ready to go! Would recommend them , no problems with response time or getting things done! Thank you so much for one of the best days ever!

Jessica & LaShawna are freaking stars! The planning process was seamless. I was so impressed with the attention to detail at the wedding venue walkthrough. We walked the entire venue, bounced ideas off each other for placement of every single item, and built a schematic. They even measured the venue to know exact placement of tables, chairs, etc. Planning the wedding was so easy/smooth thanks to the planning tools and check ins. Our rehearsal was straight to the point and very easy. We didn't need the full two hours allotted by our venue because they were on top of everything! Then came the wedding day. Our bridal salon overlooked the venue, so we were able to see the progress throughout the day. THEY WORK HARD!! and I mean, they pay attention to every single little detail to make sure the place looks beautiful and perfect. It was so impressive, we all couldn't stop talking about it. The wedding day went seamless, on time, and without a single issue. Jessica and LaShawna were there every step of the way, speaking to each other through their own personal headpieces. If anything came up or if I had any questions, they were there and ready to help where needed. My wedding wouldn't have gone as well as it did without them, I promise. I feel so grateful to have had the best team out there!! We also decided to hire the CLE House cleanup crew which was fantastic as well! Janet did a great job and cleaning/tidying up fast and making sure we got back all of our stuff. Thank you so much for being the reason why my wedding day went so perfectly CLE House!!!

    I found Pretty Party Decorations on Instagram and decided to place an order of custom shirts,…read moreaprons, and a QR Code Plaque for my small business as she was located in the Bay Area as well. My order was placed on 4/12, including a 50% deposit, and I was informed that it would be ready for pick-up on 4-22. On the morning of 4-22, I go to email pretty party decorations to confirm my pick up time, and I see an email from the owner dated 4-21 @ 4:45 asking for my shift size. Im, thinking "So my shirts aren't ready the day promised" and I was busy prepping for an event. So, I emailed her back provided the sized and asked her would my order be available the next day which was Saturday 4-23 before 5pm. She told me no because she didn't have my size, but I could pick them up the upcoming Tuesday. WTF!!! So I told her to just cancel the T-shirts and I will get the rest of the stuff. She informed me that there was a custom order and it couldn't be canceled. Also, She would not take responsibility for not getting all the information she needed to complete her order on time. Mind you I placed this order nearly 2 weeks before I needed it and she still couldn't even get the information she needed to ensure the order will be completed on time. I was so fed up with her I nearly didn't wanna do business with her, and didn't want to get the order; however, couple weeks later I decided to hit her up so I could finally pick up my order. She provided a pik-up date of Friday, March 13 at 1 PM. On March 12, I emailed her confirm and to get her address, but she didn't respond that day. So I emailed her back the next morning, which was my pick up day, and she responds that she won't be available until 8 or 9 o'clock at night. So, I responded by telling her that I emailed her to confirm the day prior to picking up. She then replies " without same day confirmation i can't confirm a time". Like, WTF is this woman smoking. This lady is unprofessional and a disgrace to the any black owned small business. Save yourself a headache Update: I just got refunded.!!!

    I wish I could give this business one star!!! I wish I would have read the reviews before I placed…read moremy order! I purchased 2 walls and 2 pedestals in June 2022, here we are in October and like I am sure you have guessed I do not have any of my walls and she is refusing to refund me my money. We have had 5 separate dates/times to meet up for the delivery, within hours of the set time she has come up with a excuse as to why she can't make the delivery or meet up. From the wall feel and broke, to she didn't confirm the date when she did. Excuse after excuse! She even said I didn't order a champagne wall when I did and I have the proof in writing when I ordered it! She is a scam artist!!! She only accepts payment through CashApp because she knows you cannot get a refund!!! I am out hundreds of dollars!!! She has no regard for anyone! She has recently changed her name to Pretty Party Fabrications I am sure because of all the bad reviews on this business. I am doing anything I can to take her down. She has to be stopped! Please everyone report her to IG, Facebook, Go Daddy and the Vallejo PD none emergency line.

    Shannon saved our wedding over and over again -- we couldn't have asked for a better wedding…read moreplanned. From the beginning, she was amazing. She describes herself as a "mellow Type A", and that's really true. She's not in-your-face and intense like some of the planners we considered, and yet she gets the job done beautifully, is super on top of her stuff, and shines when obstacles arise (before and during day-of). We had a relatively complicated wedding, for ~130 guests, 2 completely different locations for ceremony and reception, and a lot of customization. Shannon was incredibly patient with us all the way, and truly understood what mattered and what didn't, and helped us create a day that truly looked like us. She also calmed us during the entire process, even when we hit major snags (like having the bar company cancel on us the week before the wedding) -- her expertise and know-how really came to shine during those times. All throughout, she was a pleasure to work with. We'd hire her over again and again. Thank you, Shannon, for your amazing work!

    Oh boy where do I begin…read more Robin gave me red flags from Day 1, but I kept giving her the benefit. Mostly because she was referred by my sister who had used her for her own wedding. The biggest mistake I made was not firing her. I found Robin to be unorganized & unprepared. She often arrived at meetings without needed items such as measuring tape for the very small venue space we were working in, missing pages, or entire documents. I had to pull items on my phone because she was not able to do it. She did not send meeting minutes & at one point responded by attaching the incorrect document, creating confusion. Hours before rehearsal she emailed me to print documents for her as she said the links did not work (they worked.) The timeline she made for me was "useless" per another vendor & missed critical items such as contact info, vendor responsibility, items needed & where they would go, etc. I was forced to spend hours making my own timeline & floor plan. Her computer skills are limited for Word, email, and Google Docs, with no knowledge of any kind of layout tool. The day of the wedding she caused stress to me and nearly everyone (multiple vendors complained) by lacking common sense, and mostly by offloading her responsibilities so that everyone, including myself, was forced to work beyond their scope. She often stepped into the frame for photos, including when my dad was walking me down the aisle and cake cutting, even after I had asked her to step aside. I provided her with friends to assist in setup, but she gave them no direction. She also took advantage & made them do her work including corralling the guests for her while they were eating. She left an hour before my friends were done cleaning up, even though it states in her contract "until final cleanup." She called my sister (who was busy helping me) before the ceremony to ask her about pens when the information was already on the document I provided. She lacked common sense to read the document, look for the pens herself, or even worst case figure out where to get pens. A wedding planner is supposed to bring all the vendors together, answer questions & resolve problems efficiently so that guests & bride & groom can enjoy. My florist, DJ and helpers asked her basic setup questions, but she would say "I don't know" or direct them to someone else. As a result they did what needed to be done themselves. She interrupted me mid-meal at my own wedding to ask me about a seating arrangement change when she could have easily asked the venue coordinator or handled it herself. The final straw was with the Hora chairs, an important traditional dance. My sister had coordinated for Robin to set up the chairs and for the DJ to set up the music early that morning. The song came on and no chairs! My sister and the DJ had to drop everything & scramble to find the appropriate chairs. My sister (the same one who had used her years earlier) and the DJ were very stressed and angry. Robin tried to blame it on the caterer. In the end I paid Robin to bring stress and extra work to me, paid for her to take credit for other people's hard work, and paid for her to photo bomb my wedding photos! When I emailed her to request a partial refund, she did not take accountability for anything, even the chairs. She emailed her response with someone else's signature at the bottom, indicating she had someone else write her response! She is NOT detail oriented. Robin is a nice lady, but she was also the source of my wedding stress from start to finish, even now as I write this review. For that I do not recommend.
