Since these decorations were for our wedding after party, we were obviously very busy at our actual wedding, and could not be there when she was setting up. However, she worked seamlessly with our wedding planner and the venue to coordinate the set up/breakdown of the decorations and she was super flexible with the timing. Goal complete. Did I have fun and enjoy my sons birthday? No The girls there had 0 control over the party. I constantly had to use my adult voice making me an unfun parent and host because the girl running our party had no voice, she didn't command these kids to do anything and they ran all over the girls working that day. Also, when I booked I was told that I'd only have to pay half upfront and half the day of in case we didn't have as many kids as we originally planned. The invoice they sent was for the full party amount. I emailed them asking questions with no response. They knew about my email because when I brought it up they said oh yeah I saw that! Well we will just refund you if needed.... Ok fine but don't tell me you're going to take half now and half later then. The slime is already made by the girls, your kids get to choose the type of slime they want to play with, a scent and a mix in. They do not make the slime themselves. You DO NOT need a 2 hour party. I was told they had games and stuff to do with the kids but the ladies I worked with for my sons party besides the host never left the counter and it felt like they had no structure to a party at all. My son had fun and had a good day that's all that matters, but bring your own back up because you'll be doing most of the work and you won't enjoy your time and kiss your kid doing their own slime because your busy controlling the party. One they make the slime there literally wasn't anything else for them to do.

The balls are definitely dirty so I'd be mindful of that. Not sure what their cleaning process is. Kids love this place. A great way to burn energy. Always plenty of parking but there's a usually a ton of homeless outside so it can be a little sketch at times.

According the to the hours posted, they were supposed to be open but no one was there. Luckily I called 4 Seasons Party Rentals and he was able to see me right away and did a great job for our 16-person lunch that raised $125,000. DO NOT use this business for party rentals. at almost $8,000 per person raised, it's not worth taking any chances. We need these donors and these donors need tables and chairs to actually show up. They could have completely ruined this important events. If you can't trust them to show up to a meeting, how can you trust them with your special event.
