I dont wanna sound petty but I'm sorry I did NOT pay for someone else's leftover birthday balloon garland, if I'm paying $2,400 then I would want them to deliver as I want (atleast the balloons) and not use the one they reused for almost four different birthdays that I only know of based off of their instagram photos and when I brought it to her attention she had the audacity to tell me that it was not reused and its the same company & persons work and that she was charged $350.00 just for the balloons which was complete BS... also if you're picky and want your event to be presentable DO yourself a huge favor and do the decorating yourself...
