She shoved some green twigs in there and called it an arrangement. There was zero artistic vision or preparation, and this is not what people come to a florist shop for. This business relies on their lower price point to get customers in, but when it comes to artistic execution, there is nothing there. I came here for an expert to implement their floral skills to make something beautiful. What I got, in short, was just a plain bunch of flowers. This is not what people want to pay a premium for in requesting a professionally made flower arrangement. Their representative informed me that if I went with the 21ft garland, they would throw in free delivery (a $150 value). I asked for the balloon color options and a contract but it was never sent. I followed up a few weeks later and they sent a very limited selections for balloon color options only. When I followed up on the contract and to pay the deposit for the balloons, they said they would no longer offer free delivery. The person was very dismissive and could care less that my event was a month away. Luckily, I found a different balloon company, Plan My Party LA, for a fraction of the price.
