As much as I hate to give anyone a bad review unfortunately this is the first time I actually am! I think it's only fair for others to know and pay attention to all the reused balloon garlands on their instagram as I was lied to for my sons birthday. I dont wanna sound petty but I'm sorry I did NOT pay for someone else's leftover birthday balloon garland, if I'm paying $2,400 then I would want them to deliver as I want (atleast the balloons) and not use the one they reused for almost four different birthdays that I only know of based off of their instagram photos and when I brought it to her attention she had the audacity to tell me that it was not reused and its the same company & persons work and that she was charged $350.00 just for the balloons which was complete BS... also if you're picky and want your event to be presentable DO yourself a huge favor and do the decorating yourself... I made a huge mistake and didn't realize the pictures on instagram are almost all the previous owners work! read more

The people in this place is Rudeeeeee! This place is no good. We called before coming they said we close at 7pm and we get there at 5:30 and they were closed. We called the lady who answer the phone was like oh! Well we are closed. Your closed at 5:30? You had said 7:00! Not to mention this place is located in a sketchy area. read more

My son's new favorite playground by far! I called on Sunday to check if they were open for open play and the receptionist was very kind. She told me to come in at 3pm as a party was about to end. We got there about 3:15 and it was empty! Perfect! So my son got to check it out throughly since he pretty much had the place to himself. It was very clean and organized despite the party that had just ended. He really enjoyed the ballpit and slide area, which is the first thing you'll see when you walk in. However, I felt like management should add more balls since kids like jumping into them. There is foam squares under the balls but there isn't enough balls to be jumping into. Also, they have a machine that suctions balls and throws them into the air. That was very fun for him. He really enjoyed putting the balls into the suction machine at least like 50 times! They have a roomy sitting area for parents and refreshments to purchase. What I liked them most is that they offer a monthly membership for $50! That's a steal if you ask me. It is $12 for every visit but I'm sure I take my son more times than $50 per month to other playgrounds. Next time we visit, I'm sure I'll be signing him up for it. read more

We had my son's 5th birthday party here, and it was an awesome venue. Anna took care of everything, and all we had to do was bring a cake, any extra food or beverages for adults. She was very responsive via text and phone about any questions that came up. All the kids had a blast, and the adults appreciated being able to sit in the dining area while still being able to watch the kids on the multiple monitor screens on the wall. There was also staff in the play area making sure the kids were safe. We gave her a theme, and she decorated the place with a backdrop, a balloon arch and plates/cups that went with the theme. It was so nice not having to stress about any of that on the day of the party. The prices were also very reasonable. read more

First time I see someone behind all the kids telling them what to do, my kids couldn't enjoy the stay because they were just been careful not to be seen from lady who works in there. Won't be coming back... place is unkept. Mat is literally filthy, front desk is a young gal running around with a raid spray, unaware of how children are destroying the place in the play room. My kids were bullied here and parents were oblivious as to what was going on. Stayed for a bit and left. Not a friendly or clean environment to be in, kids got sick the day after (not surprised)! read more

Today we had our party at Funland at Sunland, it was venue for my 6 year old daughter it was her birthday, she was happy beyond her expectations, gotta love them kids. It's all play and fun, now the place it self was spacious adults have their own space to relax while the kids play in the back with the giant TV screen monitors in the front projecting their every move. Now for me I was not In the front, I was with my 2 year old, my 6 year old and 10 playing with them. I also rented my own Clown just to make it more special, happy happy happy, face painting, balloons and activities was all done by the clown, it came out more fun for all the kids. Wowwwww what an amazing place for kids. I have now been here 2x and i love it. Its very clean and a blast for my kids. On the plus side the staff is extremely great with kids. Just an FYI, they have been under new management for a few months, so older reviews may not apply. We had my 7 year old's birthday party here and it was wonderful! The staff set up everything beautifully, they were friendly, the place was CLEAN, and the kids had an absolute blast. I love this place! We came here a few times before the pandemic under the previous management and also enjoyed it, but the new owners have definitely put a lot of love and attention into this space. I would definitely recommend it for a birthday party. Having 90% of the details handled really made it stress free. Also, there is a defined kids' space and adults' space, so you can actually talk to other grownups while the kids play. As I understood they are new in the business but they are doing it in such a great way! Just visited the place this afternoon for a birthday party with my 6 year old nephew. He had a blast and I highly recommend checking the spot out. It's the perfect size - not as overwhelming big like the Billy Bees in Valencia (where sometimes you have to go on a search party to find your kid lol), you can easily watch the kiddos while comfortably sitting in the front, plus they have live camera feed on flat screens. There were slides, swings, bounce area, shooting area with little rubber balls and more. Two fridges with a variety of drinks and snacks in the front. Staff and the owner were super friendly and very attentive. They had a super cute center display for the bday boys, themed (Nerf :)), with a cool backdrop that was perfect for taking pics. Decorated with balloons and everything. Plus a surprise Santa visit, who spent plenty of time with the kids chatting, reading, taking pics. And they did a balloon drop which sent both kids and adults into a fun frenzy for good 10 mins!! Clean, affordable, free parking and easy to find at the corner of a plaza.
