Do not do business with store. Ordered a plethora of balloons 1 week ahead of time. When arrived we said that we needed the balloons to last for 48 hours. Woman who is a co-owner of the shop said she would add a special liquid to the balloons to make them last two to three days. We said fine that would be great. Balloons were delivered Friday at noon. Saturday at 8AM they were all deflated. When called to complain we were told that they reviewed the conversation we had in store and because we didn't formally request the liquid to add, it wasn't added to our work order. Let the fact be known that our entire order was written down on a 2x2 post it note without any kind of order receipt or invoice. Lastly beware, this business records your audio conversations without consent. As you may know, California is a two party consent state that requires consent of all parties in a conversation before recording audio of conversation. "California's wiretapping law is a "two-party consent" law. California makes it a crime to record or eavesdrop on any confidential communication, including a private conversation or telephone call, without the consent of all parties to the conversation. My son had his 8th Birthday about a month ago and can I just say the party was amazinggg! I have to give major thanks to Miguel for making my sons party the Birthday of the year! Olin Party is a small shop but let me tell you they can really make your party dreams come true. From balloons, rentals, table covers, party hats, pinata, candy, candles, balloon weights, decorations, they literally do it all. I came here one month prior to my son's Birthday and was helped by Miguel, I really wanted a pinata for my son's Birthday and he advised me that they could custom make an Avengers one. It does take a few weeks which I did not mind. It cost me $50.00 appx and let me tell you it was so worth it, it was out of this world as you can see from this pictures. I highly recommend using a bat to break it though because the stick would not break it after multiple hits from multiple kids. We ended up breaking it and sprinkling the candy from our balcony, it was awesome!! Oh and we still have the balloons the large 8 balloon and the avenger balloon and it's still up. I also needed tables, chairs, balloons. Miguel literally took the time to go over everything with me, he showed me examples and many pictures, he really provided me outstanding service. I would go weekly and do add ons and changes he was always so helpful. I ended up renting tables, chairs and the bouncer. I also purchased balloon bundle, candles and the pinata. The prices were very reasonable and I had everything delivered to me for a very good fee for only $10 since I was local. The chairs/tables, bouncers arrived early and they set up the bouncer and picked it up around 8pm that night. The kids had a blast as well as the parents. Honestly I am extremely thankful to have such a great party place nearby, I definitely love supporting small businesses. They have a great selection, great customer service, great prices and I would highly recommend them. I would definitely use them again in a heartbeat. read more

Because I live close by his store (I live in the Granada Hills area)-he quoted me between $70-$80 (sorry I still have preggy momma brain and the party was awhile ago so I can't remember the exact price).
