Their phone numbers are useless, they don't respond to emails, no customer service at all. I followed up the day of the event in the morning via email many times since their phone number they listed in their voicemail was out of service, all but crickets. I would not book any service with them especially when they don't even reply and tell you that they would not be able to provide their services for any reason, so at least we can try to find another vendor.
