The phone rang twice, and Will answered. He was calm, professional, and immediately put me at ease. He placed me on a brief hold, and within moments, he confirmed that Amber was available to help us. I was so relieved! Amber arrived on time and was absolutely wonderful. She is dynamic, talented, and has such a warm demeanor. She created beautiful face paintings for all the kids and even some of the adults! Her skill and patience with each design made the day extra special for everyone. Thanks to Amber and Will, a day that started with stress turned into a fantastic experience. I'm looking forward to hiring Enchanted Wonders again next year--but next time, I'll be giving them more than two hours' notice! Thank you again, Amber and Will, for saving the day!

She responds by saying "I can do a balloon for her (pointing at my niece and then directs her finger towards my daughter) but not her. She's not 3.) I respond by letting her know she is in fact 3. Lola proceeds to say LOUDLY (Can she talk? She can't talk. These are my rules, she has to be 3 to get a balloon. I don't want a lawsuit filed.) We are all standing there in a room full of families (our neighbors) appalled and embarrassed for this clearly delusional and unprofessional woman. I guess she decided to read the room because she proceeded to give my daughter a duck and the a balloon flower which my daughter wore on her head. I have never been so insulted in my entire life, and all over a balloon. We went to the next station to a much kinder lady who was so patient with my niece and daughter while doing face painting. While in line for that, we continued to hear Lola say to other families and their CHILDREN (Get back behind the line. I need personal space.) Lola, please find another profession, preferably where you are not interacting with people, especially children. Both my niece and daughter were visibly afraid to take anything from you due to your nasty tone and demeanor. If I could give 0 stars, I would.

I wanted a couple of faces painted a couple of hours before a Dead of the Dead party. In my home. Three face painters declined. I called and they were very pleasant to deal with. I texted my e-mail address to May. Dan, her husband, sent over a contract requiring half deposit. I completed the contract and requested their Venmo info. They texted that and I paid my deposit- half the cost. In the end there were 6 faces painted and it took 3 hours. I paid the balance via Venmo when the faces were done. Everyone was thrilled with the results. I highly recommend May!!!!
