The day of the rental it was extremely windy and during the set up of the bounce house, Brian continued to assure me that the danger of the wind is 15% and for that day it was gonna be 13%. I gave him $320 on something that was supposed to be 295 because I did not agree for it to be overnight since it was going to be in the front yard. The threat of the wind and the rain that we had gotten all week and even that day made me change my mind on the safety of having my grandchild inside of bounce house due to the potential heavy wind gusts that day- all day!! I texted Brian and told him to pick it up within an hour of dropping it off. I didn't use it, yes he set it up, and came to take it back down, and once he took it back down, he left my electrical outlet wide open, confirming his sloppy work ethic. I trusted my gut because this man appeared to be a joker from the beginning, telling me jokes because he sensed that I was nervous about the whole transaction and I did not feel confident, and that is why I asked him to come and pick it up. They even made recommendations to help everything go smoother and proactively called me later in the day/before the event to make sure everything was good. Originally I booked with another company, but got an email the night before the event that because so many of their orders had to reschedule from Saturday to Sunday they didn't have enough drivers to deliver to us. I was scrambling the night before my event to find someone and Jest Entertainment stepped up and took care of us! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for party rentals and I will be using them exclusively going forward!

Exquisite design skills and fantastic customer service! I ordered bouquet for my mother over the phone from out of state and asked for whatever she could do on such short notice (just hours before they closed, the day before Mother's Day) and with a very small budget. I couldn't have imagined the results! I expected a simple bouquet with regular roses or lilies, something like you see in every flower shop online but don't usually actually get delivered to the recipient) but I was more than surprised when my mom sent me a picture. The flowers were exquisite and unique! They looked even better when she put them in her vase, they had beautiful depth, dimension and texture. When I came across your profile, I truly had no idea what to expect in planning for a huge life event, but after meeting with you for the first time​​ I felt comforted and knew we were in good hands. Understanding that each couple is different, I shared with you the things that I did know... - Me and my now Husband (fiancé at the time) travel up to/mostly 80% of the time for work.
