In our experience they dropped off two hours late and then they advised they had the same inflatable booked for another customer the following day so they picked it up earlier than the promised time. So we got taken advantage of on drop off and pick up. When we called they tried to tell us sorry for the miscommunication, but it's a 24 hour rental. When we said it wasn't even 24 hours the "boss" tried to make up for it by getting us to rent another one for half off as a way to make up the time, when they should have offered to only charge half or a discount for the rental since the use time was limited. Very disappointed in this company's customer service and now we have disappointed birthday kids. The employees who picked up the inflatable even acknowledged that it was wrong and they were very sorry. Word of mouth travels fast among families, school, and church.

I ordered bouquet for my mother over the phone from out of state and asked for whatever she could do on such short notice (just hours before they closed, the day before Mother's Day) and with a very small budget. I expected a simple bouquet with regular roses or lilies, something like you see in every flower shop online but don't usually actually get delivered to the recipient) but I was more than surprised when my mom sent me a picture. The flowers were exquisite and unique! They looked even better when she put them in her vase, they had beautiful depth, dimension and texture. When I came across your profile, I truly had no idea what to expect in planning for a huge life event, but after meeting with you for the first time​​ I felt comforted and knew we were in good hands. Understanding that each couple is different, I shared with you the things that I did know... - Me and my now Husband (fiancé at the time) travel up to/mostly 80% of the time for work.
