First time here and we had such a great experience! The space is nice and spacious with plenty of room for little kids to play and explore. My 3 1/2-year-old had so much fun and played for a good hour and a half without getting bored. We came right when they opened on a weekday, so it wasn't busy at all, which was perfect. Great concept and the staff was nice, patient and helpful. I had my three grandchildren, the youngest couldn't keep up with the older two so I took him to the baby section. He didn't want to stay there too long, so I almost couldn't keep up with him. :) Staff suggested a great place to sit so I could feel comfortable seeing all three of them. But honestly, it wasn't even necessary, it's cozy and safe, so you can see almost all the way around. Best money I've spent for the kiddos in a while, oldest (5, the middle (4) and the youngest (1 1/2) were all entertained and nobody wanted to leave - they could have stayed all day! We went back today. The kids had a lot of fun. My grandson fell and ended up with a pretty large scratch on his arm in the toddler area. A sharp part of a bracket holding the fence was exposed, scratching his arm when he fell. The sharp edge wasn't very noticeable so it took us a moment to realize where the scratch came from. I notified one of the employees right away to prevent another child from being injured. They were very responsive, immediately moved the diner set to cover the exposed bracket and then returned with an emergency kit to help us clean & cover his injury. Shortly after, a gentleman came over with some pliers and a hammer to properly attach the bracket and attaching the sharp edge into the fence. We're now just hoping the cut heals quickly and that it doesn't result in an infection. The kids still had fun despite the incident. read more

Came here for the first time and was impressed with how neat this place is. They have 3 play areas, one area is only allowed for 2 and under I believe. All the other play areas are pretty cool and have the jungle, tree house type of feel. My daughter and her cousins love coming here. I love that this place has a snack bar as well. Outside snacks are not allowed btw. Socks are mandatory for everyone coming inside. I would definitely recommend this place for your little ones. If they don't already have decorations for your chosen theme, they'll make sure to get them so everything matches perfectly. We chose the Bamboo Package, which included 2.5 hours of playtime, pizzas, and three drinks. You can also bring your own food if you prefer. Be sure to read the contract carefully -- it explains that they provide plates for food and drinks, but you'll need to bring your own plates for the cake. I saw other reviews where people missed that detail, so I was glad I caught it! During the party, one of the staff members hosts the event, helping serve food and drinks, gathering everyone for cake, and even organizing presents and Slurpees if you'd like. Everything ran so smoothly, and the staff made the whole experience stress-free and fun. Monkeyin' Around met every expectation and was a breath of fresh air for me and my husband. We had our daughter's 3rd birthday party here. It was a blast!! There was 3 different play areas that accommodate our guests with children of all ages. The staff were incredibly sweet and made our entire party feel like they were welcomed, taken care of, and that our special celebration mattered in a big way. So fresh, so clean. Came from Lathrop and I must admit I'm always hesitant driving to Stockton. But luckily this establishment is in a nice shopping area! They just recently opened so the whole place is very freshly nice, clean, and up to par. My kids had a blast, and we stayed for a few hours. The design of the whole play area was amazing. Different areas for different age groups. Lots of seating and tables for parents. Plenty of bathrooms and sinks. Also two nursery's for babies and nursing mamas. Although, I initially thought the visit was expensive- it's worth it. I was able to let my kids run wild, worry free. 5 year old, 4 year old, and 2 year old= $70. We had my daughter's birthday party here. It was our first time and the kids loved it! We were able to play for an hour before the party room. The kids loved running around and playing on the different play sets. Playing with the play kitchens we're a hit for all ages that attended. We were blown away by our room, it was fully decorated! My daughter was so surprised and loved everything. Our party host was Elizabeth, she was so attentive and made sure everyone was taken care of. The kids ate for 15 mins and we let them go in and out of the room until slushies and cupcakes. We had a photo booth as well. After our hour was up, Elizabeth and another one of her awesome coworkers cleaned up the room and placed everything onto a cart. The kids were able to play for another 30 mins. Elizabeth made sure the kids got their goody bags we made on their way out. This is a review for their birthday party package. My kids had a combo birthday back in November, I was 2 weeks postpartum with my newborn and they took care of EVERYTHING! They called a couple days before the event to review our pizza and drink orders and decorations. We asked for a paw patrol theme and they did a beautiful job decorating. The staff is organized, super friendly, helpful and did such a great job hosting! I can't recommend enough. They included slushies for the kids and a Photo Booth at the end. We had 23 kids total and there was enough seating for them with benches on the side for the adults. If you're looking for a place to host your kids party I highly recommend you consider this place. It's a one stop shop for all your birthday needs. The facility is extremely clean, open and has a closed off area for kiddos under 2. They also have 2 nursing rooms which I love. I came here august 7th around 12pm. I brought my daughters and they had a blast. The place was clean, and very creative. Although it's a place for fun I feel there's a lot of opportunities for kids to learn, for example on the wall there's a lot of little trinkets that involve colors, and or counting which is good for little ones. The staff was very polite and present with the kids, talking to them and playing. I loved seeing that. I also love how the staff goes around and sanitize every toy, a lot of wiping down toys and equipment. I left at about 1:45 and by that time more people were walking in, but the morning I was there I felt like my kids had the whole place to their self. There weren't many big kids there yet. We had a party here at Monkeyin Around. We chose the Baboon package which was $599 out the door and well worth it. We loved it as it included everything including 3 family size Davids pizzas. After we booked the party they sent a contract over with all the information of the day, time, length of party, etc. They told us what they provided and what we could or should bring. I appreciated the Contract so I knew exactly what to expect. We had 10 kids and 19 adults and the room was Perfect for us, we absolutely loved the cars decorations! The staff was very friendly and helpful. They served all the guests so we could just sit, relax and enjoy. We did ask to keep the kids in the party room during our hour which they helped do. After the party room we had another 30 minutes to play, but the kids wanted to stay. We asked if we could stay a little longer and they said "absolutely". We highly recommend Monkeyin Around for a party, it was the easiest, least stressful party we have ever had and it actually cost less than our home party last year! read more

We found this place after mil tagged us in a post on Facebook and then hubby ironically found it when googling a place to take our little on a hot day. That first day we loved it so much we upgraded to the membership for $75 a month instead of $20 each visit. We've already been 4 times so it's paid for itself. It's super clean. They wipe the stuff down frequently while open. The snack bar is awesome and reasonably priced. I'm really glad Stockton finally has an indoor kids playground. We had heard rumors about this place and I can't say it's a great setup and area. Our 18 month old was able to enjoy all 3 areas which includes the large bigger play jungle gym. The site was spotless and very well unkept. Staff was friendly from check in to check out and the place was well cooled during this valley heat wave. It has various okay areas; I'm sure overtime they will continue to add toys and building blocks but overall they've done a very good job with the space. I will say initially was skeptical but their hot dogs are legit, juicy and the entire snack bar is very fair in pricing. Definitely a great spot to take the little ones to let them run around for an hour. Only suggestion going forward would be to ask parents to park strollers in the front or have a designated stroller/wait area as with everyone in socks, rolling strollers around the entire area definitely isn't the most sanitary. But otherwise definitely recommend this hidden gem in the Robinhood area on Pacific, next to Pete's and Massage Envy. read more

Our favorite place to play! My 4 year old and almost 2 year old come here weekly and every time they go , they run around like it's their first time there!
