This is an update to my 12/30/2022 review, now that I have loved my kitchen for nearly two years! I have to say that I need to double down on my original review and let ya'll know that this kitchen makes me happy every single day. It is so beautiful and so well put-together. Other than my own counter clutter, it is as perfect and new-looking as it was the day it was completed! As the months have passed, I've come to an even deeper understanding and appreciation of the high quality of the materials and workmanship that went into it. This post is for anyone sitting on the fence over what might seem like a high price tag, take it from me: Ballroom Baths is worth every single penny! From customer service to design guidance to superior workmanship and quality materials, Trent and his team are the ones to go with in the Boerne/San Antonio area. Trent did a fantastic job! Not only is the tile and product he has top quality, but he's also just a genuinely honest, hard-working man who goes over the top for his clients. He's noticed small details and taken care of it all as if it was his own home. I had an idea of what I wanted in mind and he gave me suggestions that were better than what I could have ever imagined. I highly respect him as a person and business owner. I will undoubtedly use him again for any and all future projects on my home! Ballroom Baths & Home Design just wrapped up a full interior renovation of our home in Spring Branch, TX. My wife and I agree the finished result is amazing. Could not have turned out any better! I feel extremely comfortable recommending Ballroom as a company. They will spend the time to do the job right - from framing to finishing details. Thank you Trent and team for delivering on what you signed up to do. The results exceed our expectations! One service Ballroom/Trent facilitates (and I highly recommend) is coordination with a designer. Initially, I was skeptical about the value of a designer - concerned they would push the most expensive choices, or be more focused on finishing "fluffery" than overall flow of the home. Rest assured, this is not the case. At our house, two major decisions were the brainchild of the designer: swapping door and window location to showcase our Guadalupe river view, and a vast improvement of the fireplace area using shiplap. In hindsight, these decisions seem obvious. At the time, I assure you they were new ideas. Quick overview of our project: * Converted to open floor plan: Replaced load bearing wall between kitchen and living room with beam recessed in the attic. Relocated laundry area to create additional space. * Complete kitchen renovation: New shaker cabinets, island, stone countertops, appliances, recessed lighting, farmhouse sink, reverse osmosis system (for well water), etc. All new electrical and plumbing. Changed layout of sink-stove-fridge triangle for space and usability. Moved over-sink window and expanded to picture window. (Also included patching/painting exterior siding.) * Full bathroom renovation: New walk-in shower, double vanity, mirrors, and toilet. Pained existing built in cabinets. Installed pocket door, moved electrical to improve usability. New recessed and vanity lighting. * Living room rearrangement: Replaced small windows with large picture windows looking onto the river. Moved front door for better flow of house/furniture. Added shiplap around mantle/TV area. * Other: Replaced sliding patio doors. Painted all interior walls and trim. Replaced all outlets and switches. New ceiling fans. New water heater, water softener, and whole house filtration for well water. One last plug for the designer. Yadi coordinated directly with Trent and the cabinet company, and delivered several drafts of the cabinet layouts and "elevations" - drawings as if you are standing in the room. This was crucial to our confidence in the design decisions. Multiple drafts were required, and Yadi was a pleasure to work with. Based on my experience, I would not do another renovation without including a designer like Yadi. Given the length of this review, hope I haven't lost readers. While I'm sure there are other qualified contractors in the Spring Branch/Bulverde/Canyon Lake area, I would absolutely work with Trent/Ballroom again. Ballroom Baths remodeled my Master Bath, hall bath, fireplace, and installed hardwood flooring throughout our home. Our home was built in the early 80's and was a bit of a challange. After meeting with other contractors that were either so over priced do to the amount of demolition, did not want to do the job or couldn't give us an accurate bid. Trenton came in and accepted the challange. He let us know on what to expect and helped us make good decisions on the remodel. One of the best decisions were my floors (Acacia wood), but helped us see how important the right floors are for our family. We would've had too dark, scratched up floors by now if it was not for Trenton. Absolutely love everything! read more

We have a beautiful home in the hill country and were particular about who we have do work on our home we interviewed four other professionals before we chose them. They were very professional. They did amazing work and even fixed a problem we had from a previous build without us even asking them to. They are very conscious about the details of their work and took the time to cut small peace of tile instead of just filling them with grout.
