He spent a whole day with the girls on a search for the perfect apartment and neighborhood. They truly found it In the Upper West Side of Manhattan. The rental process was not easy but Craig stuck with it and did a ton of work behind the scenes to secure the property. The girls are so happy and so are the parents. Craig also made their day of apartment hunting super fun for them complete with a ride through the streets and park on City Bikes. I highly recommend Craig for any of your real estate needs.

I cannot recommend Craig Paulson highly enough!…read more I was going through a very challenging personal situation when I started my apartment search, and Craig treated me with immense kindness, empathy, and respect from day one. He went above and beyond to show me a lovely apartment in Brooklyn--complete with a private backyard--owned by a wonderful mother-and-son landlord team. But what truly set Craig apart was his dedication: he was quick in responding to communications and stuck with me through the entire application process, guiding me through every detail until the keys were in my hand. His professionalism, patience, and genuine care turned a stressful time into a successful move. I am incredibly grateful for everything he did for me. If you need a real estate broker who is not only dedicated and sharp but truly cares about his clients as human beings, look no further than Craig Paulson!

Many assume this is a public project, largely due to proximity to many of the such and its vast size and the bloc construction style, but this is a privately run complex of 46 apartment towers. This complex is very complex (pun intended) with tons of amenities, almost exceeding easy memory or count, but the ones that stand out are superb stores nearby (Boston Market, Associated Markets in the middle of a mall in the middle of the large complex, fast food on the outskirts, the relatively new and suburban Gateway Center 1mi away, walkable even for some towers), tons of sporting and outdoor paths, community centers galore (more than 1, naturally), and a very spacious layout. I don't know its performance during Super Storm Sandy but it's very near the waters and the Belt Parkway so its placid convenience might also belie a downside. Buildings are very clean and visibly well maintained. Parking decks are well lit and peace officers are regularly stationed and actively patrolling, at least when I make my pickup. The residents are heavily elderly and lots of car services ply this area along with B82 and other major bus lines. Overall, looks like a nice place to live, so a 3-star middle-of-the-road rating.

We truly put them through the ringer, throwing a million questions at them and looking for alternative options where we could find them. They took this all in stride. Never wavered in their patience and were able to help us find the right spot at the right price. That is rare for brokers in NYC. Most would move onto the next applicant, but not these folks. If you are working with this team, you can trust them to truly make something work that will be in your best interest. Special shout out to Jacob who really put in the work with the two of us. He really grinded this one out & we really appreciated it.

Some of the apartments are a nice size but the service is horrible. I live on the 1st floor or a 17 floor building, everything's leaking So there's no real clue where the leak is really coming from. They'll come and put a hole in your walls just to find out that your apartment wasn't where the issue was coming from. Leave a BIG MESS for you to clean. I can't use the toilet without getting dripped on. My hot Water in the tub won't turn off (hood thing I don't have children in the house). Both rooms and the kitchen is leaking. when you call for assistance you're on hold for 30 minutes and it takes the workers a week to come see the problem and another 2 weeks to fix the problem. The work that's done is botched so you'll end up calling them again within a month or 2. Theres mold everywhere. the hallway tiles are lifting and the walls walls are mushy due to the steam heat and moisture from the boiler rooms. The workers are mostly older or have been here for a while so they've gained friends, they'll come to work and go to someone's house to hangout smoke and drink while lis to the radio for a call. The security does the same thing while people hangout in the lobbies smoking drinking eating and leaving trash. IT LOOKS AMAZING ON THE OUTSIDE BUT HORRIBLE ON THE INSIDE. MY ADVICE IF YOU HAVE A CHOICE DONT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!!! There's a smiley face on the exit door drawn with SHIT and it's been there for years now. MANAGEMENT MAINTENANCE AND SECURITY DOES JUST ENOUGH WITHIN THEIR JOB REQUIREMENT'S JUST TO SAY I DID ENOUGH TO GET PAID OR I CAME TO WORK SO THEY HAVE TO PAY ME. I tried to get a job working maintenance and janitorial work because I have years of experience THEY TOLD ME THEY DONT HIRE WOMEN! Well isn't that something. As I talked to the workers to gain knowledge I realized in order to work in Linden Plaza you have to know someone that knows someone or be a relative of someone that already works here. Everyone that's hired does just enough to say well I did something. It's sad honestly and I hate it here!!!!!!!!! DONT DO IT GUYS DONE!!!!!!!!!
