Well... They pretty much did nothing. My father with a progressing neurological disease is moving to Nevada and I requested help through their website 2 1/2 weeks ago. The next morning, I was contacted by one of their agents asking for a couple pieces of information about my father. I responded that same day. 6 days later, I hadn't received a follow up so I emailed the agent asking her for a status update. She said although she had been licensed for 16 years, she was getting to know Medicare plans and would get back to me early this week. I was okay with that... except now it's been almost 11 days since then and it's almost Friday (not exactly early next week right?) and still not even an email saying she was working on it. I emailed today telling her that obviously working with her wouldn't work out. How is this company getting 5 stars?! I must be the lone unlucky one. read more

OMG, what an amazing Agency! We had been working w/an independent Agent starting on 1/22/14; by Monday, 3/16, we told him we wanted things done & in place by Wens., 3/18. That's almost two months and he couldn't do it. So, on Monday, I contacted the Balsiger Insurance Agency; explained our situation and what we were trying to do; hoped to have it done by 3/22 when our auto insurance payment was going to be pulled, knowing that was asking a lot; and OMG, Cody not only was awesome to work with he had EVERYTHING done and in place by Thursday!!! He was able to get our two homes and auto insurance under one company and MUCH better rates; he's moving two of our other policies for our RV and motorcycles into his company so he can manage it for us; and we COULDN'T BE HAPPIER! The previous Agency we were with for 20 years, the original owner sold it about 4 years back and the service went down hill fast. Cody and Balsiger Insurance totally reminded us of what service is all about. I have no doubt they'll be available anytime we need them. He's made some suggestions as to changes we might want to consider in our motorcycle insurance, too.
