My interactions with Yliclean started in March 2025 and problem still not resolved and service not delivered. I purchased a Groupon for $130. I called to make an appointment for a cleaning and they said they might not be able to do it because my house is too big for the 2 hours I paid for. I explained that the cleaning do ace does not include the mother-in-law suite, and was told to call again. --I missed the expiration date by a week because of a car accident and the merchant was not able to arrange with Groupon to get me an extension. I had to call them myself at which time an extension was granted, no problem. I contacted the merchant with this information, at which she said that she would wait to hear from Groupon and get back to me. No answer for a few weeks. I reached out repeatedly to the merchant. As of today, she still has not had effective communication with Groupon to make sure she will be paid for service to me. I followed up several times. The only response I get is that only Groupon can fix this, which makes no sense. Groupon said the merchant can proceed since they approved the extension.... I totally wasted $130 for no good reason that I can see.

Of course then, it just wouldn't get done, which was very annoying. Eventually, I figured out that the only option was to contact Corina in the office, talk to her, and have her relay whatever it was to her workers. I finally gave up on them when I came home to find the workers just arriving. As the workers entered, my dog excitedly came running to see what was going on (as he always does). The worker than threw a coil of heavy vacuum cleaner hose at him!!!! I have no idea if they had been mistreating him this way all along, but that was the last time they set foot in my house.

The person who came spent over two hours cleaning, but I could not identify anything that had actually been cleaned other than the stovetop. There was still dust and cat hair on the furniture and floors, there was actual dirt on the floors that was not there when they started, nothing had been vacuumed, it did not appear that anything had been swept or dusted, my area rugs were stuffed into trash bags, and the cats' food and water dishes had been dumped out. I spent the hour after she left vacuuming and dusting. I will not be bringing them back and I DO NOT recommend this service to anyone else.

Off all the responses we received from potential cleaning services, Dodge the Job seemed most in-line with what we were looking for, so we booked them to come clean two carpets and a large rug. Dodge the Job was prompt, courteous, and professional. They sent me information about what they needed before sending an invoice, they communicated with me leading up to the cleaning day, and, once on site, they explained to me the process they were going through (including how long they would take to clean, how long we'd need to wait until they dried, and what could help accelerate this process). Although the previous owner said he'd had the place cleaned before the final walk-through, Dodge the Job immediately knew that the previous owner had a dog just based on the condition of the environment.
