WOW! I was a bit hesitant with some of the reviews below (but definitely noticed that all the negative reviews had received responses and attempts from the service to remedy concerns), but I took the plunge -- and am SO VERY GLAD! We just had our first cleaning and even the hubs was impressed! Our team worked very hard for the entire time and added sweet flourishes like slightly arranging items to be a bit more symmetrical, making little "toilet paper fans," and making the beds like Martha Stewart. The tops of our ceiling fans are sparkling, dust bunnies have been banished, and our weekend has gotten off to the most wonderful start. We are so grateful for their loving care of our (sadly neglected) little nest and have absolutely signed up for repeat scheduled visits. Also: they have the greatest online booking. I did not talk to any humans whatsoever (finding a free moment during business hours is IMPOSSIBLE for me) and when I needed to change the date, I simply rescheduled online without any fuss or muss. They sent texts as reminders, which I found SO reassuring. Yes, we have used other services (very commercial services) in the past, but were not impressed, which is why we never went forward with regular cleanings. JM4Y is a real gem. read more

I signed up for a one time cleaning via the Internet. I love that they have this option - easy to add-on extras which I did (oven, windows, fridge) and you can see the price. And you can select your preferred day. All my extras added up price wise - but well worth it! I came home to a very clean house (they even organized the shoes in my closet which clearly seemed above and beyond service) and it just made me soooo happy. My one suggestion is that while I received reminders, it would have been nice to get a call to find out about expected arrival time or whether I'd e home. I called them the day before and gave a code I had set up on my lock, but the maids who showed up didn't have it. Thankfully I have the Ring doorbell and a WiFi lock so I could open even though I wasn't home. Certainly not worth taking off a star - just a note. read more

I've been using this service for 5 years and in the beginning there were a few hiccups with one specific cleaner but since working with Gabriela, who i believe is the manager, to assign Iris and Maria cleaning my home i have had absolutely no complaints. These two ladies are exceptional at what they do! They take their time, pay attention to deal and always show up on time without needing to be told what/where to clean I'm very thankful to finally have a reliable, thorough team. And Gabriela is always very responsive to my emails which I certainly appreciate as well. We had JustMaid4You clean our house yesterday. Scheduling through the web was very easy, and we received confirmation shortly thereafter The maid arrived promptly and cleaned thoroughly. I've been very pleased with Just Maid 4 You. After every service they send a survey to gauge how they did and make sure customers are satisfied. I love that everything is thoroughly clean but no harsh chemical smells or odors. I just look forward to a clean home on service days! As busy professionals we just don't have the time for the details - the dusting, the baseboards, the appliances. They do a lovely job for a fair price and I can schedule and tip online. Updated review: Cesar took care of it! He had another team come out and fix the the items I cared about most! I'm satisfied. I believe my house would have been better off cleaned properly before I began unpacking but the second team of ladies did great! When calling in I suggest you get one receptionist to do everything with as communication was and issue for me! I will say this Cesar changed from being negative towards me to listening and that changed the situation entirely and improved the service! And in the future I might use them again! If you are going to pay $249 for a two bedroom 2.5 bathrooms you would expect the refrigerator to be done especially on a move in clean! There isn't anything in there! So why did I have to argue with Cesar the owner to get something that is included in every other company move in service!! PLEASE DO NOT BE FOOLED BY THE STARS! It's really a shame they don't care about their clients, because we did think they did a good job cleaning our home until they broke something irreplaceable and tried to cover it up. I came home to find my antique keepsake/music box passed down from my grandmother shattered and placed back to where it was like nothing happened....and when I called to complain I was given the run around and a manager never called me directly to talk about it. They had offered to repair it at their cost, but it was beyond repair, which I told them. They still wouldn't call me back to make it "right" and I had to be the one to constantly hunt them down for a resolution. After over a week of this nonsense I asked for a refund of our last service and cancelled our monthly recurring service. They didn't even try to keep us as a client, just "ok, you've been refunded and cancelled." When I open my home to someone else, I expect my home and its belongings to be treated with respect. If the person who broke my item had left a note, or called us (they called earlier that day saying the code to the house wasn't working) I would have been upset but understanding. The fact that they tried to get away with it instead speaks volumes of the integrity of this company and their employees. It was thoroughly disappointing to be made to feel like we didn't matter. read more

We've been using this cleaning service for several years with mediocre satisfaction. The primary reason we've continued with them is the ease of online booking and payment. They leave the house clean enough however the also leave a wake of destruction in their path. Nearly every time that they show up, and that in itself can be feat. Commonly we are provided less than 6 hours notice that they won't be making their standing appointment, something in my home is damaged. So far 2 irreplaceable antiques have been broken, a keepsake ornament meant for my daughters first Christmas, multiple deep scratches to the floor, I could go on but I believe the exhaustive list will turn this into a epic tale of woe. We're done. Yes every time something has been damaged we complained and been told to provide estimates for the damage and a promise that more care will be taken while in our home. I've had enough of searching my home as if I'm on a ill fated treasure hunt looking to discover what else could have possibly been damaged. Save yourself the time and trouble, they are not worth the angst felt for every second they are dusting your treasures as if there was an earthquake. read more

We have been using Just Maid 4 You service for about 2 years (maybe more). First, they have made doing business with them very easy. Their website and how you define what services you want is excellent. The electronic payment after each cleaning is very easy. There are automatic reminders both for the cleaning and that a payment will occur. I love the simple smiley face survey after the cleaning - it's easy and they are responsive to any issues. As with other reviews on Yelp, the team of cleaners has been very good and very thorough. They come in, work hard and then leave. If they are going to deviate from their stated arrival time, I get a call. I feel their price is reasonable for the job they do. Life can be crazy busy, thanks to Just Maid 4 You, they have helped make my crazy life a little less crazy! read more

I've used this cleaning service for the past two years. The cleaning crew is excellent, however, it is impossible to get in contact with someone on the weekends. I've had several schedule mishaps, when the cleaning crew didn't show. I was not able to resolve the issue or find out what happened because the office is closed. DO NOT use them if you're moving. As far as the places they actually cleaned, they did well. They also showed up on time. They are receiving a 1 star for lack of integrity and for inconvenience. I have a regular cleaning lady. I hired Just Maid 4 You because I thought they would do a deeper more thorough clean because I moved out and I have a renter moving in this Friday. I am NOT satisfied with the amount of cleaning yesterday. I wanted move in/move out service which I interpreted as wiping down walls, doors and baseboards in addition to normal cleaning. I have kids and there were dirty hand prints on the wall and scuffs on walls and doors because we just moved big furniture out. I asked them to do that, they said it's not included so I called the main line to have it added. I was willing and prepared to pay more. I spoke to a woman and NO ONE called back to give these women permission to wipe the walls. I called 30 minutes later spoke to someone else and still no one called me back though they swore they would. I then asked the cleaning ladies to wait as they were about to leave and they said they had another appointment at 2 (it was 1) but also they tried to wash the baseboards and doors but the marks wouldn't come out. That was a LIE. They lied to my face! #1 the 3rd lady, when I kept pointing out the wall dirt spots, actually sprayed then spot and came right off once she wiped it! This is the exact same spot they just told me wouldn't come off. I gave them the you really lied look and then she got one more dirt spots off the wall by the entrance to the house. That lets me know you can do all the walls but they said they had to leave. #2 We have very visible cameras in the house. They lied, they didn't try to touch the doors or the wall! This was NOT move out move in cleaning (which I paid an extra $50 for). My regular cleaning lady would've been so much better and she would've done the walls that I asked her to do. Why advertise cleaning for move in and move out if the owner still has to go back the next day to clean after the service you hired? This is the inconvenience I am referring to. I have to take off work to now wipe down the walls, baseboards and doors and they also didn't clean out the cabinets. The house doesn't look move in ready with dirty walls and doors. Isn't that what move out-move in cleaning is? To have the house spotless for a renter? I'm pissed. read more

Might be a decent cleaning company, but my experience was no bueno. Update: manager expressed concern for this review; wanted to apologize, clarify miscommunication, and offer to send cleaners back free of charge (declined). Very responsible and courteous; bumping up a star. Wanted some very specific things cleaned in the house we bought, such as walls and baseboards, and thought I had communicated this clearly with the receptionist when I ordered service. Instead, the three cleaners staff performed essentially a very thorough weekly service. They spoke very little English, which is fine, but we had to call the staff twice to clarify things, and the person we spoke with had to then call a manager and call us back. After all that, I had to request again that they mop our basement linoleum, as the cleaners said it wasn't included. I didn't bother asking them to clean the walls, baseboards, or vacuum there, because they made it clear they were, "Finito". It's hard to fault the cleaners, as they were probably doing what they were told. And what they had completed was mostly very good. But the communication problems (think "telephone game" where the initial phrase gets jumbled) meant we paid for some services we did not need, and did not receive some we wanted to (and in fact did) pay for. read more

I was very unhappy with my treatment, as outlined below: My cleaning was on a 4 week cleaning schedule. My service scheduled on Wednesday, November 8, 2017 was cancelled by their company, due to maids on vacation. At least that was the reason given to me 1-2 days before the service. I was okay with the cancellation, but only with the agreement that I would have service on the following Wednesday, November 15, 2017. I did not received the usual reminder by standard email or text the Monday before my scheduled appointment on November 15. Therefore, I made numerous calls on Monday and Tuesday checking to see if my unit would be serviced. I even ask to speak with the manager, with no call back. Finally, around 6:30 pm on Tuesday evening, I received a call stating the maids would come on Wednesday, but at 4:00 pm instead of the usual 1:30 pm. Of course the maids arrived at 1:30 instead of 4 pm. I would have missed them, as I had just got home maybe 15 minutes before they arrived. I WAS TOTALLY UNHAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICE AND THEIR BLATANT DISRESPECT TO ME AS A CUSTOMER. read more

Updating the review below and changing the rating based on the professional manner in which this company resolved my issue. Cesar played phone tag with me and my busy schedule in order to resolve this issue via phone. The ladies came back out this morning and cleaned the basement bathroom to my satisfaction. Thank you Cesar and to both of the ladies (I'm so sorry I didn't ask their names). That's excellent customer service and I truly appreciate it. I will use this company again! --- Positives: The two women were extremely kind, they did a good job cleaning most of my home (especially the refrigerator), the flat rate pricing and online booking was convenient. I actually planned to rebook, until... Negatives: I booked in November of 2015, only to be emailed this week to request that we move the time, due to multiple reschedules because of the snow. I would think my early booking would take precedence, but it was fine, so we actually moved the cleaning to the following day. I have a recently finished basement, so there is nothing but boxes and a storage bin, so there is nothing to really "clean" but vacuum an empty/carpeted floor and clean the bathroom. I received an email while the maids were still cleaning, stating the maids called the owner, and asked whether we wanted the basement bathroom cleaned and it would be an extra $10. Initially, I agreed. However, I originally added the $30 up charge to my order to include basement, really just to give most of the attention to the recently finished bathroom. I could have saved $20 if I had vacuumed the empty floor myself and simply added the $10 bathroom to the order. The company actually benefited from that order. So, I took issue with the owner. In all fairness, he agreed to remove the charge. Shortly after, I noticed the blinds in our living room were broken, hanging from the top base (see pic). I was surprised there was no acknowledgment and an apology. We would have been satisfied with just that. I also noticed that the basement bathroom didn't look like it was cleaned at all. I took a Clorox wipe to the bathroom tile, sink, and vanity to remove the dust from the bathroom. Didn't appear that water or cleaner ever hit it. Instead of apologizing, the owner blame shifted to us. He said my husband said the blinds were in bad shape, taped up to stay on, but that he still gave permission to clean them. Why would we not replace $5 blinds that were falling off at the slightest touch and we were paying over $200 for a cleaning? He also said his maids couldn't clean post-construction, bio hazardous materials. What?!? My husband said that two mini blinds were broken in two at the bottom of the blinds because my children bent them back to peek outside, not the whole blind. It was minor. And the blinds My husband was referring to were in the front of the house. The broken blinds I was referring to were in the back of the house (see pic). In fact, we've been doing some renovation work on the house so there was dust on the middle floor (the same dust that Cesar, owner, tried to say was bio hazardous material in the basement bathroom) and we pulled those blinds up and down with ease to paint the window sill. I would never, ever ask the maids or anyone to clean bio hazardous material or have my children living and breathing in bio hazardous material. And if I hadn't said anything about the bathroom charge, Cesar would have charged me for a bathroom that either wasn't cleaned at all or wasn't cleaned properly. The maids asked my husband for bottled water, which he kindly obliged (at no charge O_O) one for then, and one for later. The basement was their final floor, and I suspect the house took more time than they thought as we included the refrigerator and oven in the extras as well). I'm not sure if they were tired or whether there was just miscommunication when home base called and gave them the go ahead to clean the basement bathroom. It's interested how in all the calls back to home base about the bathroom and blinds, no one bothered to mention that my blinds were tied up by a string at the bottom and falling off the base, as a result of an accident while cleaning. Here's what I would have liked...an acknowledgement and sincere apology for the broken blinds and an offer to clean the basement bathroom - at a later date convenient to my schedule - free of charge. If that happened, I would have welcomed an opportunity to schedule future business with this company, to give them a second chance and had positive things to say about how this situation was handled. Instead, I played email tag, even attaching pics, with Cesar who later stated that he hadn't spoken to the maids but was taking a crack at what happened. I even requested that he confirm what I was conveying to him with the maids. I also wouldn't have had to spend time calling Cesar back and typing this long review. I'm honest and fair and expect the same from those who I choose to pay for service. read more

The cleaning job in my apartment was mediocre. The bathroom and kitchen areas were well cleaned. However, the main reason I paid for this service was for deep cleaning that I don't normally have time for. In the end, wood floors were not washed, and surfaces (picture frames, shelves, books, etc) were not dusted. Additionally, furniture was not moved for vacuuming. My apartment is a one bedroom, so the price was steep considering the small area. I expected a more thorough job for the price. read more
