I sprinted across the parking lot just in time. There was plenty of parking in the lot outside the building (It's in the Peter Angelos building on the fourth floor). I checked in at the in-office kiosk and waited to be called. A pleasant young lady at the desk, Danny, assisted me and was also the phlebotomist. The care quality that she displayed was excellent. All in all, I lowkey like this one better than the one across the parking lot!

You can make…read moreappointments online, but you now have the option to checkin from your vehicle and they text you when they are ready or you can go into the suite and check-in via a kiosk with a QR code they sending to with your confirmation email. They are located in a medical building near St. Agnes Hospital and it's also close to where I live. They have a large outdoor parking lot adjacent to the building, so it has never been an issue finding a space. They have social distancing measures in place once you enter the suite (chairs spaced apart, hand sanitizer) . I was called to the back where my paperwork was processed, I paid my co-pay, and made my way to one of the exam rooms to wait for the phlebotomist. The effort was painless and the staff were pleasant. All in all, a decent place to go for my annual labwork.

Now these places are always hella busy so I just make an appointment, despite being five minutes late, I was seen promptly. The staff there were courteous, and got the job done in a jiffy. I can't say that I had the same experience as the prior reviewer, it was tidy and it wasn't malodorous. For me, this'll do, I recommend that you make an appointment to avoid long wait times. Just a random aside, they are more busy once they first open, and those appointments go quick!

Fortunately my technician knew exactly what to do to keep me from fainting and was very kind and understanding. She made sure I was good to go before I left her care. 100/5 stars!! This place really saved me the first time because I had an appointment at Sameday Health to get a pre-departure PCR but they closed without prior notice so I was left scrambling for something else so I could get on my flight the next day. Thank goodness this came up! I was in and out within a couple minutes both times and the staff were efficient and friendly. There weren't many people in the clinic but I believe this is fairly new so I hope more customers come and they stay because it's also the closest and most convenient place to get a PCR near downtown and the inner harbor. I believe they also offer vaccines here too. Will definitely come back next time I need a PCR especially if it's urgent.

I'm always able to get in and out in a timely manner no matter what time of day it is. The receptionist onsite is kind as well as the one who answers the phone when you call to schedule appointments. The doctor is attentive and provides a great overview so that you understand exactly what is happening with your neck, back and / or spine. I will update my review after I complete treatment. I also find the physical therapists to be quite entertaining and I appreciate that the diversity in the office reflects the community that I live in.
