However, I ended up waiting 45 minutes before I was taken back. Once I got into the room, I was greeted and assessed by the nurse. After she left, I continued to wait for someone to return and complete my visit. As I write this review, it has been an hour since I was placed in this room and almost two hours since I arrived. There is nothing "urgent" about this place. If you need to visit a doctor's office and want to spend your morning waiting in what is supposedly an "urgent care," then this is the place for you! To clarify the staff is very kind, so its not a 1 star.
