When I questioned the cost and the diagnosis, the service representative became condescending and told me I "obviously hadn't read the paperwork." He then said, "You are a woman, you want a guy to take you to a nice restaurant, not a cheap one," as a way of explaining the higher price. I found that comment inappropriate, patronizing, and unprofessional. After approximately 24 hours, the diagnostic charge was reduced from $210 to $110. As I was preparing to leave, I was informed that my passenger side window was no longer functioning from the driver's side switch, despite working before I brought the vehicle in which is reflected on the multi point inspection results which they ran. I ultimately declined the battery replacement and took the car to another mechanic, who replaced the battery for $197 plus $51 in labor. Based on my experience, I felt talked down to, left with unanswered questions about the diagnostic charge, and would not recommend this service department.
