They gave her an amazing price for it and gave her a lot more for her trade then other places we went to. We left there and she couldn't stop smiling because not only did she feel like she did it "herself" but she felt like she was treated like a human, she left knowing she wasn't ripped off and even more so, she left with the car she LOVED. Sorry, I have to give one star because of how the end of our lease transpired. Leased Mazda three…read moreyears ago all good with sales and service over the past three years. The lease was ending and we decided we wanted to buy the car out right. No financing just give Mazda the residual value of the car per leasing agreement. When I called to see what steps, we needed to take to make this happen I was advised that the car needed to be "inspected" first by their service department. The charge was $190. I explained the car did not need to be inspected until April and all service work on the car for the past three years was done by Piazza so, they had the records. Why did I need to pay $190 when I was giving them a check for the full residual value to purchase the car. Got numerous versions as to why...it was a Pennsylvania Law..not so. It was a Mazda rule. Yes, it was but, interestingly enough the other Mazda dealers I called did NOT charge. They did it as a courtesy for their customers....and even though I did not lease the car from them they were more than happy to do it for me. Needless to say, within 3 days I was at another Mazda dealer they did the inspection and told me car was in great condition. Paperwork was processed and I already have to title from the State of Pennsylvania, and I did not pay an extra $190!! I did speak to Nick Price (the Manager at Piazza) before I called the other dealerships, he was to call me back...still waiting for that call back. Like Share Add photos & videos

Not only did they replace the brake pads, but they also resurfaced the rotors as well as inform me of other potential issues and warnings through the receipt they gave. I would say that the repair center was pretty expensive. I think it's very possible that I might have overpaid ($462 for both an oil change, brake pad replacements, as well as other complementary services), but I still appreciate being notified of my car issues, as I wasn't aware of these issues from the inspectors that I've gone to. This is a phenomenal spot if you have enough money for it, but just be a bit wary that they can get pretty expensive.

I bought a Genuine BMW AGM battery from this dealer about a year ago to fix a battery drain. They…read morenever mentioned BMW's known software/sleep issue (service bulletin) that can cause the draw. Fast-forward: the car still drains, the battery is now dead, and the dealer refuses a parts warranty unless I pay for full diagnostics--then blames "out-of-date ECU software." A responsible dealer would have (1) checked for the software bulletin when I bought the battery, (2) advised programming before selling a new one, and (3) honored BMW's 2-year parts warranty if the battery fails after a proper charge/test. Instead I got upsells and finger-pointing. Save yourself the hassle--take your BMW to a competent shop that actually diagnoses before selling parts.

This is illogical. Additionally, they told us that the repair would take 2.5 hours. None of this was provided before our appointment which was a 45 minute drive to their garage. Made the mistake of trying to take my car here when I first moved to the area about a year and a…read morehalf ago. Easily the strangest and most unenjoyable experience in my near 25 years of owning and maintaining a car. Not only was their diagnosis of my car filled with inaccuracies (inspiring a chuckle from two different mechanics in the area who reviewed their diagnosis and ended up doing the maintenance work), their repair shop then held my car hostage after doing work that I did not authorize. Their manager was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I asked to speak to the owner, who not surprisingly was "in Florida" and unavailable. I ended up paying with credit card to get my car freed, and after talking to the local police who didn't seem a bit surprised by my experience when I told them where I was. I ended up disputing the charges with my credit card company and got a refund for the work I didn't authorize. That was more than a year and a half ago and none of the "problems" they wanted to charge me over $4,000 for have ever been an issue - not even after two inspections and an additional 15k miles on the vehicle. I think I've had to put in maybe $1,000 combined since my nightmare experience with this business - so clearly something was off. The only reason I am giving them a 1 is because a 0 isn't an option. Never, ever again.
