They are telling me to bring it in on 6/16 for repairs; SMH inconveniencing myself and my family. I bough a Mercedes Benz van on 1/10/2025 They gave me an interest rate of 10% and I put 3k of down payment that day Saturday at around 8 pm a man that works there under the Name of NATE told me that he would pay for the delivery of the car on Monday but that never happened. May 30,2024 I walked into Bristol Auto mall to purchase a more reliable car for me and my three children. An agreement was made for a 2018 Hyundai Tucson with 65,000 miles. not sure on the purchase price. However after only having ownership of the vehicle for two days a yellow check engine light appeared on my dashboard. I contacted the dealer immediately. I was instructed to take the vehicle to a nearest auto zone or repair shop to have the code diagnosed. I did as instructed. Code kicked out as a faulty catalytic Converter. I was then instructed to bring the vehicle back so that the code issue could be confirmed by their in-house mechanic. I complied, they agreed it was the same as I had provided. I was advised that the vehicle may be able to be repaired under the manufactures warranty by The office manager by the name of Nate. The vehicle was left in their possession for 3 days. I reached out multiple times for an update. I was promised multiple calls backs that never came. Leaving me and my children without a vehicle. causing me to miss work. I was then informed that the vehicle could not be returned to me because the financing bank was rejecting the loan due to financial discrepancies. The information provided by the dealer did not match the information I confirmed via a telephone call from the financier. A second vehicle was issue out with a new loan structure with he same finance company. Consumer Portfolio Services. The replacement vehicle was the same make and model as the previous one just the next years model. First vehicle was a 2018 Hyundai Tucson with 65,000 miles. The second vehicle was a 2019 Hyundai Tucson with 90,074 miles. I accepted the replacement. came into the office as requested to sign and drive off the lot. I was held there for hours. Finally the vehicle was released into my possession. Two days later another yellow check engine light appears. I again contact the dealer immediately. Again, Im instructed to have the vehicle diagnosed and brought in for code diagnostics confirmation. And again-a Faulty Catalytic Converter. Only this time I'm told I can keep the vehicle, it is safe to drive with the check engine light. I was told again the vehicle could be fixed possibly via manufactured warranty. Again the office manager Nate states he would contact the dealer to set up the repair. It is now 9/9/24 and the vehicle has yet to be serviced. Nor has a call back been completed by the dealership. Update as of 12/7/2024 The repairs to my car were finally made only after requesting I remove my bad review and withdraw my claim with the attorney general. It was only ONLY after I threatened to sue because false claims missed appts scheduled to fix the vehicle. When a date was never set. now today I have a vehicle with a suspended registration because according to DMV records I provided an insufficient ACH check. here's the kicker I never agreed to pay for my vehicles registration when I purchased the car from Bristol Auto Mall back in May. I requested for the fee's to be included in my 17,000 finance. which they claimed they couldn't due to covid 19 rules. Never have I ever financed a car and not had titles and registration included. when I took the notice to the dealer and inquired why I was being contacted by the DMV for a bounced check, they then proceeded to provide me a blank check with my signature with no disclose amount made out to PENDOT. Claiming I had assumed the responsibility for titles and registration. When quiet in fact that was not the case. I placed a 1,000 dollar offer for downpayment on the first 2018 TUCSON, they had to take back due to the finance falling through because they lied on the application stating I paid $500 in rent and not the $1,500 I provided them at the time I applied for finance. They finally agreed to include titles and registration if agreed to put down another $500 which I did. At the time Only had $1,000 in my account. I informed them I could agree to an ACH withdraw for the remaining $500 to complete the downpayment, that's what I signed. NOT once did I ever agree for a ACH payment for 1,500 for registration cost. if that were the case I would have applied that money on to the existing $1,500 downpayment, lowering my monthly payment. The Russian white man that's the owner is as shady as they come. He followed me out the office to taunt me the day I went to their office to inquire on the suspended registration issue. Only to tell me titles and registration financing was only offered to select customers with "good credit". This dealer is by far shady as all hell. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. it isn't until you leave negative reviews that they try to solve the issue. they will ignore you at all cost hoping you go away. read more

They do not itemize and just add things you hadn't spoken about. 2. if you come back to pick up your car, look for all the things they take off or change....they took hubcaps and the spare and the whole spare kit that was in the car when I purchased. check for advert pictures to car when you pick up. 3. if you buy an inspected vehicle. watch out. items that would not have passed inspection at a legitimate place are passed on to you. New Walked in last day of December, took 3 days of waiting around to get a car with my trade in. They had me sign paperwork saying they owed me an inspection for my car. Within a week check engine light came on I took it back they had it for a few days then called me to pick it up. Maybe a week later the light came on again and my car was shaking, I called them and complained and also mentioned that my car still wasn't inspected so they had me bring it in last Tuesday. It's been one week and when I called today they gave me the runaround, ( salesman Jim didn't know what was going on, Nates no where to be found) nothing was even looked at so at this point I'm paying for full coverage insurance a new car and Ubers. I reached out to my friend who is a mechanic and he called up the shop and Phil told him that they needed me to text them permission to fix the car which I really don't understand because I already dropped it off a week ago and I thought thats what was happening (they aren't getting a text from me). They also told me to come get the car and drive it around for 80 miles (my mechanic friend told me that so I can blow the engine and my warranty would be void) At this point I'm levitating and I will be reaching out to not only the lemon law of Pennsylvania but the better Business bureau, every social media platform and ABC News. I should have walked out the day I was there because two people came in SCREAMING about how this place ripped them off and how they didn't fix anything on their cars they just kept it for days and returned it to them untouched. Good: Got a 2018 vehicle with less than 50K miles on it, for below average retail, and got more on my trade that average. Car is in good shape. Bad: Discovered after I got it home that the inspection had lapsed. Texted the salesman right away, he said, "bring it in Monday and we'll take care of it" Monday came, called repeatedly to confirm the plan, never got a call back, never got an answer to texts, our salesman's phone went straight to VM. Made arrangements for my local guy to do the inspection later in the week. It passed inspection (whew!), with a burned out taillight (could have gotten two tickets--one for the tail light and one for the inspection. Turns out I'm going to need tires soon, but otherwise no issues found. I can't speak to their warranty offer, or their financing process, did not utilize either. Overall, I'd say check EVERYTHING before you sign anything. Caveat Emptor applies to these guys. I feel like I got lucky. read more

I first inquired for a vehicle and spoke Mike whom was very helpful. After a while I stopped hearing from Mike to then start receiving text messages from Crystal Jean. I sent crystal all of the information that I had just sent to Mike but figured they all worked together so it was fine. Spoke to Mike later that evening, he told me he stepped away and that he works from due to being in a wheel chair and that I would not meet him when I arrived to look at the car we had spoken about. He said when I get there to ask for Nate so that I can test drive the vehicle. When I got there the Altima I was originally interested in was sold. When talking to Jim, I also expressed the liking of the Mercedes Benz GLA 250($14,995). Nate persistently was forcing me to purchase an Audi Q5 ($16,995) which was more than the vehicle I had originally inquired about. When I test drove the Audi I immediately did not like it as it was too big for me. I then test drove the GLA. I liked it. It was very small like a compact car with the asking price under 15k with 89k miles. I spoke with Mike earlier that day and expressed the down payment would be 2k. He said that's good and the bank would take it. Now I'm done test driving the vehicles and told Nate it was getting late I wanted to make some inquiries for insurance since that was a luxury vehicle. And would come back in the morning. They said they would send me a Lyft to come back but before I left Nate wanted me to leave money down. I told him no, I would be back to handle everything the next day. The next day came which was Wednesday. Mike has not reached back up to follow up, which was surprising since he said he submitted my credit application. Nate texts me, I asked him about sending the Lyft he said " I am going to try to get ahold of the person who has the company uber. If not would you be able to get in?" I paid for Lyft to get from Nj to Pa. I get there I finalized the insurance with a minor change needed. As I'm sitting at Nate's desk for over an hour I reminded him I'm on lunch let's move things along. He gets up and goes into a back room a few times. He comes back and says the bank wants more of a down payment for the GLA. He said they will take the 2K for the more expensive Audi but not for the Benz. He then tries to sell me a warranty policy at $400 down $210 a month for 18 months. Once I declined and said I only wanted the car he then started to insult me by saying things like I have a Honda, or Subaru for you. Two cars I had never inquired about or spoke of. After inspection of the vehicle I took photos and showed Nate the damage to the front of the Mercedes and asked to negotiate the price. He said it was minor and his people could clean it. I told him it was more than cleaning, it's chipped paint and a minor flaw to the vehicle which would be new for me. Later that evening I called the bank that was listed on the insurance policy that I purchased for the GLA. When talking to the bank United Auto Credit, the finance department advised they never received a contract. The ran my credit for approval. They said they would not indicate a down payment amount they would just accept the amount that is to be financed. I would be very aware of this information when dealing with this car dealership. I bought a truck from them a little over a month ago. It needed to have things fixed that are in our contract. They never fixed it every time I called. It was a story they waiting on the part. I brought it in because I wasn't sure if I was gonna finalize the fat guy behind it, try not to give me my keys back. They are very unprofessional. I also purchased a truck for $22,900 but they put in the paperwork $25,900 and tried to give me a story. They are a scam artist I would advise going elsewhere , looking at my paperwork even with their math it still doesn't add up. You need to go to more reputable company to buy a vehicle. I was supposed to have a 30 day warranty from them, but because I purchased a warranty, they voided and put it as is , this way they weren't responsible and if I needed to fix something, I had to pay my deductible to get it fixed. Very shady dealership. Borderline scammers. I would not recommend this dealership. They are only focused on the sale and not the condition of the vehicle being sold. Manipulative sales tactics and con artist structure style of business. They dont disclose the real and/or correct status of vehicles. Price of vehicle was $16,995 on internet and when I went into dealership price drastically increased with loan financing. They just wanted to sale a older model cargo van ,with almost $189,442mi. With financing and interest a 2013 came to just around $45,000.Nate stated don't worry about that price after 6mo. Of ontime payments the loan will be able to get refinanced and get the terms lowered.As mentioned on top of that the vehicle had frame damage. Salesman Nate stated it only means that at the auction it has to be announced. I took a deep dive into frame damage and was I informed stay clear of vehicle with frame damage. The vehicle was supposed to be delivered within 2days of agreement.Prior to delivery I informed them I wanted to void contract, being that it was within the timeframe required by law as well as I never took possession of the vehicle. However, I was basically told deal is done. With a downpayment of $3500 and I was told I would have to pay another $1500 for tax and tags. I contacted the dealership with regards to returning my $3500 down payment and I am being avoided. I cannot reach or contact any of the salespeople who participated in this transaction. When I call now I'm directed straight to internet sales. I leave messages with the internet sales contact person. The person states they'll get my message to them and have them contact me. I had originally wanted to rate this place 5 stars. I'd seen some bad reviews and then see a couple of good ones and I had a great experience there...at first. My first interaction was great. I have BAD credit, and they were able to get me into a car. That's what gives them the star. They stayed late the following day to help me make sure I could leave the car. This is where it all goes down hill. They misread my paperwork, and generally kind of pushed me to the side, while my family and I waited in their small office for HOURS. The next day when I came back to finalize documents they offered us pizza, which was a nice gesture and let my son watch TV, however this wouldn't have been necessary if they'd asked how to read my paperwork the previous day and we got it all done that day. Then they input my banking info incorrectly into the financing company's paperwork, so in end up being behind a handful of payments off the bat, getting a bunch of calls talking about "repo". Because they didn't do their job correctly. Never received the wheel lock keys after asking numerous times. Car didn't receive an oil change. Fast forward a few months( didn't drive at all during majority of Covid lockdown), and my clutch fork on the car goes out. General wear and tear item on the car. I call and text one of the dealership reps as well as left voicemail, and have heard nothing back. Call financing company and they say it s in the dealership to provide warranty. Dealership never provided warranty. Luckily for me I have some good and helpful connections that can get me in for $2000 under dealership prices. Was going to go back to them to get my wife a truck, but I would steer clear of this place at ALL COSTS. Not only are they in it for the business for themselves, but once you take the car home they don't care about you. I mess myself up by having bad credit, and having to go to these side ways, crooked dealerships. I will just fix my credit over time and go to a real dealership next tine. read more

Unfortunately, looks like the reviews are true. I didn't buy a car from them because they wouldn't negotiate over the phone. I was really interested in purchasing a car there and wanted to know the price after taxes, registration, dealer fees etc. I told them that I would need to travel 2.5 hrs on the train to get to their location and I needed some real numbers. I don't want to waste anyone's time. The sales rep Julio was really nice in the beginning. Gave me a video tour of the car and answered a good amount of questions. Then the shady tactics came in. The car has been sitting on the lot for over 6 months (another rep told me on my initial call before being transferred) and julio texts me a lot of people are interested, Would you like to leave a deposit so I can hold the car for you? I replied, let's talk numbers first and go from there. Then he asked for my ID so he can write up a proposal. Never heard back. Now he has my ID for who knows what reasons. Go on the BBB website. Right after purchase I tried to get an alignment on vehicle and come to find out the control arms were in need of replacing. The warranty covers control and I found but when finding a mechanic to use warranty, none would take it. I finally was able to talk to someone at the dealer and asked if they had any recommended auto mechanics, they said I needed to ask the warranty co. More waste of time until I was able to learn Pepboys had a contract with the warranty co. Than they convinced me that they would make good on everything that they said they would do. So I revised my review in good faith of their word. But low and behold, they continue to elude our texts and calls. They "Garunteed a passing inspection within 15 days of purchase" we are now at 63 days since purchasing our jeep. They said they would make our 1st payment for the inconvenience which they did the day it was due. Our jeep has bumper to bumper warranty and still it has problems from the day we got it that they said they would address . To sum up they want you'd money and then they want nothing to do with you. They are snakes, con-artists, and bad business ppl. We consulted a lawyer he mentioned a couple ways we could approach our dilemma 1 was to try and allow then to fulfill their promises with 1 last chance or take then to court which he states we have a strong case since we have the warranty so please beware if you venture onto the lot of this business, there's a good chance you will regret it sooner than later. read more
