When power was restored, we discovered our pump/grinder wasn't working. Tanner and his assistant diagnosed the problem and realized that the entire unit needed to be replaced. To get us by, they pumped the tank that holds the pump grinder and did everything in their power to get us up and running again as quickly as possible including traveling 80 miles to get a replacement pump from the only E One distributor for our area (who is located) in NW Arkansas. They LITERALLY went the extra mile(s)! Once a pump/grinder goes down, the homeowner has very limited use of their plumbing and are essentially relegated to minimal toilet and sink use. You can imagine the inconvenience of having no shower, no laundry and no dishwasher. A-1 always returned calls, came to the house on three separate occasions to troubleshoot and to install the replacement, which includes handling electrical connectors. A-1 got us a replacement pump as fast as humanly possible despite having a full slate of other scheduled jobs. Best of all, their billing was incredibly fair. We know we will be contacting them again should we have any additional issues as they have acted more like neighbors than a simply a company hired for a job. They are honest, friendly and thorough in their explanations. What more could you ask?
