    10/25/18 Cleaning and Inspection…read more This is the third year in a row that we have used Air Care Services to clean and inspect our wood stove and chimney. The first two years of service that we received was exceptional. The technician was clean, knowledgeable, courteous and very respectful or his surroundings. This year was a completely different story. The technician who performed the cleaning and inspection provided very disappointing results. First he tracked mud throughout the house as he made multiple trips in and out of the house. Does by Air Care not provide protection to put on his boots to prevent tracking of mud throughout the house? He did not clean the inside of the stove, nor did he remove the upper plate inside the stove to clean. He made a huge mess of the room where the stove was located, including getting soot on our lightly colored couch. It took my wife 2 1/2 hours to clean up after the technician. He did not correctly install the removable chimney inside the house after cleaning and he didn't install the screws in their original holes, he made new holes. We had "left over" screws on the top of the stove that I had to install and we now have more holes in the stove pipe. The stove pipe was scratched upon removal and replacement and our walls were also dinged up, in which now needs to repainted. When my wife removed the upper plate in the stove to clean she noticed that five (5) of the fire bricks were cracked and damaged and they needed to be replaced. Had a proper inspection been performed, this would have been noted on the evaluation report. My wife did call the office to express her concerns about these issues and with no acknowledgement or even a response from the Air Care Representative. No apology, no excuses, no refund, nothing. I would highly suggest that if you are thinking about using this company to clean and inspect your fireplace or stove, you might want to seriously consider another chimney cleaner, especially if you want a proper inspection done.     Beware of Will Pro's sales tactics. The salesman, Rocky, low-balled the estimate for a new roof…read more He said they were working in the neighborhood and could start in a few days. He would not leave me alone while I obtained other estimates from his competition. The other roofers were going to use the same shingles and had the same warranty. The only difference was the price. When I decided to go with Will Pro, he gave me a work order to sign that was $1,000 more than the estimate he quoted over the phone. Two weeks go by and nothing. I was about to call someone else to do the job, when the salesman calls me saying the materials would be delivered the next day and start work the day after that. I refused to give him a deposit until after the materials were delivered. The workers showed up the next day after 4 p.m. The salesman called me to say there was an additional layer of shingles that needed to be removed, and they wanted more money. That is funny because I have a written insurance claim and 3 other estimates that say I only have 2 layers of shingles to remove. I asked to speak to his boss, and he said the owner (Rick) was parked across the street from my house (!). Naturally, I lost my cool with both of them. And, of course, it was too late in the day to start on it. I tried to stop payment on my check, but the bank said it was too late. After haggling with the owner for a few days and getting no where, I let them do the job with a revised work order. I have a small house, and the dollar amount was just not worth fighting over. I paid 17% over the original estimate. I'm happy with my new roof and the workmanship, but that doesn't excuse them for taking advantage of their customers. I will not do business with Will Pro again.

    I just had a new HVAC unit installed today in conjunction with their Costco deal - as of this…read moreevening it is blowing cold air and they didn't put my old thermostat back on - when I called the 24 hr line it was a less than reassuring experience...I got sucked in by the chance to finance the unit instead of having my dependable guy do the same unit but paying in full ....so far I'm not happy &&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&&& I sent emails and texts to all I had spoken to and this am a tech came out and after opening the service panel found a couple things that should have been addressed I assume at install....he stayed to make sure that system was actually blowing warm air which is appreciated....I am changing stars but honestly will be on guard as I am concerned by the plethora of other less than complimentary reviews....it is obvious though I have no problem updating my review

Have contacted them twice to get this rectified, and they could not care less. Do not pay them in full until you pass the inspection. After reading they were purchased by Mullin, their lack of customer service now makes sense. Had I known that they were owned by Mullin, I would have called anyone else. I will continue to call every week until we pass inspection. I will have them do the fall check and move on to someone else. The longer it takes them to rectify, the lower their rating will get.
