Months later my husband noticed a crack in the stovetop. it took a while but they agreed to replace it. We weren't at home when they came and after they left we noticed a chip in our countertop. when i called Chuck agreed they would pay to fix it. I had someone come out and the repair cost $350,but when i called to let Chuck know that the fix was done and that he agreed to pay I never got a call back and never saw the check. This has gone on for 4 weeks now and i have called every other day for 2 of those weeks and he didn't call me back.
