They have so much equipment to try and are well stocked in essentials like towels etc. for wiping down the pole, mats, kettlebells, blocks... My best friend got a call from the manager at 3 pm on Friday to confirm we were still coming for the 10:00 am Saturday class. She confirmed we were and we thought all was well. We all arrived 10 minutes early and came to see that others were already there. The teacher was visibly confused and annoyed with the situation. She said that the manager should have called us the day before to book a private class due to our group size, but that NEVER happened obviously. She was expressing how annoyed she was at her manager and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. She asked 2 other people to leave and come back the next day which I felt bad about. There still was not enough swings for everyone as one of my girls didn't have a swing and was going to sit out. I decided then we would just leave as I wasn't going to do it and have my sister in law who flew in from NJ sit out. I was SO excited to try aerial yoga and was really looking forward to it but unfortunately this place is seriously mismanaged and needs a better reservation system. I was excited, nervous and leapt hyping myself up the whole drive from Palm Beach County lol The studio itself is located near Wynwood but since it was a Sunday afternoon the area was not too busy. Parking- this is where the lost star rating comes in. It's a really small parking lot and there are only 4 designated 'free' spaces. Any other spots within the lot were a $15 fee through cash or zelle. When I walked in there was a class already in session and our party assembled in a small room at the back of the studio. Everything else about my experience (other than parking) was great! I loved how supportive the instructor was to ensure that we are not only getting the most out of our experience but was doing so in the safest way possible. I had a bit of a challenge with some maneuver as an anxious first timer but I know for sure I'll definitely be back to this studio if the opportunity presents itself but for sure other local studios with similar aerial fitness classes. I love that it wasn't a mixed group, we were able to just laugh, be in community and celebrate our friend! All this to say- highly recommended!!

The instructor was very nice and really challenges you to step out of your comfort zone. When we got there we had to wait a while because a previous group had ran over time and delayed the next group that was currently in progress. While we waited we had bites and bubbly to kill time. Even though we had to wait an hour to start, we still had a nice experience. It was well worth the wait. Our group for the class was a total of 10 girls. We came to celebrate a friend's birthday. Parking is limited and since the other class ran over time, most of us had to valet or street park with pay by phone. The class was very interactive and they had music playing the entire time. It was really a blast and I'm glad we got a chance to experience this new activity. Definitely would come back to do it again!

Each class only allows for 7 ppl so be sure to reserve in advance. We got in and got fitted into our harnesses. Once everyone was situated, the instructor (also in a harness) walked us through each of the workouts and gave us time to figure out the right movements and how to really trust the bungee. The class was fun, with great music pumping, and the workout was surprisingly good. I left sore and pumped! I definitely recommend checking it out if you're looking for something different.

A month ago I found Boost Bungee on instagram and signed up for my first class. Not only was it fun, but it was something I immediately felt a connection to. Bungee has shown me that even after three shoulder surgeries, I am still capable of flying. I smile more, I laugh more, and I always have something to work towards. I booked my hot Pilates class through ClassPass. This was my very first class, everyone was accommodating. Be prepared for the heat though. The temperature in class was set to 101 degrees, with a few heaters on as well. Mats, towels and equipment needed for instructor led class was provided as well, free of charge. The facility was clean and had a zen vibe to it. The instructor moved around a little bit during the class and provided short breaks as well for sips of water or towel off. Modifications were also provided if the workout got too difficult, especially for a newbie like me. At the end of class the instructor provided a cool towel for face and neck and antibacterial wipes to wipe equipment used. Overall this was a good class with moderate difficulty level and i plan to return. Be ready to get your sweat on!

This was the funnest workout ever. Evette was the best instructor. We practiced 3 spins and a sit pose and oh my am I sore now the next day. As Evette said, you don't have to be in shape, but this will get you in shape.
