It was on sale from $999 to $399, with a return fee and restock fee, I would have half left for another mattress. I didn't want to take a chance on the next one being subpar quality as well and have to return it as well and then be down to $396. I was told I could go online and file a claim. Unluckily for me, I tore the tag off as I normally do. They will not move forward with a claim without the law tag. So now I have to purchase a new mattress from somewhere else to get the quality I need. I have had the mattress a little over 2 months and it has a huge sag in the middle. I am beyond disappointed.

We gave them the lowest one, $2000. The damage is right at the entrance in our foyer which also includes formal dining and living rooms. While the plaster can be patched, the entire ceiling must be painted as one cannot match 10 year old ceiling paint. So far they have offered us $500 for the repair. I own a property management company and in the last 5 years I have purchased 11 beds form MF. This is how they treat their loyal customers. Whats even more disturbing is on their website they say " We are 100% committed to providing the best service possible. No matter what, we'll always have your back". What a joke!

They sell stuff that you think is stock and it turns out to be made to order from Canada. A slow boat from China can be faster. They apparently don't care after they have your money either. Basically, I think they are incompetent and uncouth as well. Careful dealing with this one. Fore warned is fore armed. This one can be slippery and slimey, step very carefully.

I like this South Florida Home Depot- it's consistently busy but doesn't feel overwhelming or overstimulating like some store locations. This is a place I come to for most of my plant needs and it's always fun walking around their outdoor area. One of the older men that works there is just a charm. I wish I had gotten his name, but he's a veteran and just happy to be there- you can't help but smile because of him. With all Home Depot's I do wish their prices overall were just a little lower. But maybe in hindsight that's not such a bad thing or else I'd go more often and walk out with more items and a lighter bank account. I guess that's just how it goes.
