One customer was already at the counter, scrolling his phone while he was also helped with zero urgency. Then I got stuck with Julian. He asked me to email my insurance cards. Fine. When I asked him to repeat the email, he mumbled something incoherent while deliberately facing the opposite direction. I asked him to repeat himself again and two more times, totaling 4 times. Each response more mumbled and dismissive than the last, still staring away like I was invisible. Eventually I had to request someone else take over because dealing with Julian was like talking to a brick wall that actively avoided eye contact. If you value your time or sanity, do not rent a truck here. Go anywhere else.

The music is fun as well, and the owner comes out with festive peppermint candy for all who watch the Xmas lights show. The house across the street is nice, and when you enter you will also see two houses next door from each other that are decked out pretty well. (11024 Streamside) This one is definitely the best one. He said its 55,000 lights and he starts about 1.5 months ahead of time. He really loves what he does and capturing people happy to see his Xmas display.

The kitchen designer got the order completely wrong. I ordered this kitchen in the store and…read moretrusted that the sales rep was ordering what I told him my need was. I drove 100+ miles and picked up my kitchen. After spending a few hours assembling the cabinets I realized that the cabinets were not the right size. 30" vs the 36" I had indicated that I needed. I was Not happy but decided to just deal with it and use what I was sold. When I went to install the cabinets on the wall I realized that the over the refrigerator cabinet was 24" deep instead of the 14" that I had requested to match the depth of the rest of the cabinets. This was a deal breaker for me as this cabinet door would not open due to it hitting the refrigerator hinges. I called customer service and spoke with someone that I could barely understand and explained the situation. When I was done explaining, the line was disconnected!!!. I started over and spoke to another person that was hard to understand with a dog barking in the background. This person set me up with an online appointment to resolve the problem. Six hours later I had the online appointment where the nice person that I could understand explained to me that they only designed kitchens and had no authority to resolve the situation. He then gave me a phone number to call to resolve the situation which was the same number that I had originally called. I called again and the individual I spoke to didnt seem to have enough knowledge about their product to help me. At this point I asked to return the cabinets. Ikea will pick up the cabinets in 9 DAYS. Then 5-6 business days later I will be refunded the money. So now I have to wait two more weeks to be able to reorder cabinets elsewhere because my money is tied up by this fiasco!
