He's always been into gold watches and shiny items. I will say that Macy's needs to hire more cashiers--the wait for customer service was about 15 minutes, as there weren't enough clerks available to help. On the positive side, they do size watches on-site and offer warranties that are worth purchasing. Last week we finically came back and took a look around. They currently had a promotion going on for purchasing a certain amount of suits. Different price points for different tiers of quality of suits. Richard was absolutely wonderful and helped my hubby find suits that were the right cut and size for him. He paid attention to detail and picked colors that my hubby had said he preferred. Hubby was able to find 3 suits he liked, 2 ties and a shirt and Richard hooked us up with some sweet deals as well.
