The store isn't huge, but it's not small, either. The displays are nicely spaced out and all the sale items are clearly marked. They had a good selection of handbags, jewelry, clothing and shoes. Practically everything in here was on sale, with an additional percentage off, so that was nice to see. The employees were friendly, but I felt like there were too many of them behind the counter. I think there was only one lady on the floor. When I went to pay, I was shocked that the lady asked me if I wanted a dust bag for my 2 items "for an additional $1." Ummm.. wow, since when do you have to buy that?! That signature pink drawstring bag always used to be included with your purchase. I politely declined, since I have a bunch at home anyway. I mean, a dollar isn't much, but I can just see it rising in the future. Imagine this in 5 years: "Would you like a dust bag for an additional $5?" No thanks. =/ Other than that, the ladies were nice and the prices were right. Sometimes I see things I just cannot leave without, but today wasn't one of those days. This is one of my favorite stores, so I'll always go in to take a look. Now I'm wondering if all the other locations "sell" that dust bag?! Guess I'll find out eventually. Overall, I wasn't dissatisfied with the service I received today, and would come back again for sure.

This Old Navy outlet is a great size and the front of the store is laid out with the usual clean…read moredisplays and updated looks - however, the clearance section in the back is an absolute zoo. Most clearance sections have a bit of chaos, but the racks are all mixed and the sizes aren't where they belong. And the clearance prices aren't even that discounted. I would save the drive and just go to one of the Old Navy locations in Tucson.

I visited on a mission to find an evening dress - absolutely nothing. However, I was there, so I thought I'd look around to see if I could find something to make the drive not a total waste of time. In almost every category, the store selection is underwhelming. The organization of clothing feels chaotic. It looks and feels like a thrift store. Assistance is non-exisitent. I wish I had something more positive to say. I love shopping but I didn't love shopping here. I might go to Off 5th in a big city hoping for a better shopping experience but I wont go back to this store.

Both doors were wide open on July 4 at 12:30. Salesperson said policy states doors should be closed…read moreif temperature exceeds 90; it was well over 90 and she stated she would inform someone. I came back later with a purchase and stated I would only buy it if they would close the doors. They declined. This store doesn't care about wasting money nor the environment.
