I get frustrated buying jeans and can never find a pair that fits well. I've worn Express jeans for a long time, but lately all they have are high-waisted leggings and Mom Jeans (literally, that's what they're called). My husband always buys his jeans at The Buckle, so he took me. I was impressed with Yasmine's customer service. She asked what I was looking for and was really receptive. I didn't grab any pairs. She pulled several for me, and I was able to find two pairs I really liked. They were also pretty affordable, even at full price. They have a variety of rises, washes, and lengths. I expressed I didn't want anything super distressed (i.e., with intentional tears or holes) because I wear my jeans to work, and I don't think it looks professional. It's also just not a look I care for. That is a lot of what they carry, but Yasmine was able to find me some jeans without that. In-store hemming is also provided free of charge. I found a good length, so I didn't need it, but my husband has used the service and says they do a great job. Yasmine wrote down some styles and fits that worked for me on a card, so I can bring that in and get something similar next time I need jeans. I'll definitely come back.
