Bought a shirt here, customer service was okay, however my issue came from when I ended up returning it as I did not end up needing it. I paid with cash and was told they did not have the $70 in cash to return to me, leaving the only option to be issuing me a check which will arrive in 7-10 business days or a gift card. The current staff (as of 11/1/2025) does not seem knowledgable or care. A few months ago I tried to rent a tailored suit for a wedding. The reps present said they wouldn't do any measurements, but I could pay for the rental now? Said they couldn't because peoples sizes change... Sounded super sketchy, so I left and decided to come back a month before the wedding. Came back in October and had gotten my measurements taken for a tailored rental, but when time to pick up, they got the wrong size!!! Then told me they can't do anything to fix it and said "You're SOL, this is how rentals are." But every other groomsman said they were able to make final adjustments and even order different sizes when the final fitting was incorrect. and still took my money for a "fitted" rental suit. The workers didn't seem like they wanted to do their job by turning me away, but willing to take my money. Then not even offering solutions to the rental suit that was supposed to be tailored. Horrible attitude, wish I got their names. Avoid at all costs, drive further for a more competent staff. Or just take your business to the many other Suit Warehouses. read more

It has been almost 30 years since I have been suit shopping. My first thought is to go straight to Dillards, but I started checking prices and felt we should visit Men's Warehouse first. I must say best call! My son needs his first suit for a very good friend's wedding in October. This is his investment in his self and wardrobe. I told my son, I did a bit of research get ready to spend $400-700 for a suit. I wish you could have seen his expression! We walked into Men's warehouse and was so happy Sergio stepped up and offer his assistance. I had no idea where to start. He asked my son what he was looking for; Black cocktail attire. Immediately Sergio asked my son to step over to an area where there was black jackets and pants. He took his measurements and selected several jackets to try. The first one he tried was the one he ended up purchasing. Then Sergio selected a few pairs of slacks. We headed to the dressing room, and by then Sergio was checking how everything was fitting on my son. Then Sergio asked if we needed anything else, I said yes, shirt, tie please. He brought a shirt for my son and I went selecting some ties. I asked Sergio, a pop of color or black tie? He said black or charcoal would be best. After trying several with the perfect shirt he chose, we had a handsome sharp looking attire! Sergio selected a handkerchief for his jacket pocket, and done! I am so grateful for Sergio's expertise along how pleasant he was! This made our shopping experience one that makes you return again and again! read more

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. My son is getting married, and my husband needed a new suit. He was fitted and they ordered his size, telling us it would take 5 to 7 days to get into the store. At day 7, I asked my husband is he heard about his suit. No one had reached out to him, so he called. The person looked up his order and found that it had been cancelled because his size was out of stock. Well great...did no one think about letting us know!? The person then said they could order the same suit coat in a Regular length (he needed a Short) and have it altered for no charge as it was their error. So they get the coat in, he goes for alterations, mentions the no charge and they reply that they can't do that and no one would ever promise that. Well at this point, we need the coat because the wedding date is coming soon. Today (the wedding is in 2 days), we were notified that it was ready. He tried in on and the back looks ridiculous. The center is way longer than either side and the lining is hanging out. I told the salesperson that this was unacceptable. She took it back to the tailor who said it needed more alterations as there was too much fabric and could be done in 20 minutes. 20 minutes later, the coat returns, looks steamed but when I touched the back, the lining came out again and the back is still uneven. There was no evidence of any fixing. The salesperson said the lining did that because I touched it. Also that it should be different lengths for his comfort. So incredibly ridiculous! I replied that none of his other suits look like that and he will have to move and walk so the lining will continue to do that. At this point, we just took the coat, paid the $120 for the alterations and left as we have a deadline. Needless to say, I will never recommend Men's Wearhouse to anyone and will warn people to stay clear. We should have gone to Dillards. I just received the message from my post. I was told to reach out to an email with my issues. Seriously...garbage. You don't "guarantee" anything. If they cared, they would reach out to me personally. read more

But, more importantly, Robert put my dad at ease, making the whole process feel much more enjoyable than he had imagined. Thanks, Robert! Longer version: My dad wears blue jeans and a cowboy hat for absolutely every occasion. When I got engaged this past November, I suggested he consider investing in a simple, inexpensive suit for my wedding day and, after (much) encouragement from my mom, he reluctantly agreed. Although it took a lot of convincing to actually get my dad into the shop, once he was in Men's Warehouse, he was in great hands. Robert was with my dad every step of the way, providing fantastic customer service, and making a dreaded process actually feel like fun. He helped my dad choose everything: the suit, pants, shirt (in complimentary colors), shoes, and a belt. The end result was fantastic! On my wedding day, my dad "wow'ed" us all. He looked sharp, put together, and, most importantly, at ease. He would have been handsome in anything, but it meant so much to me to see him all dressed up for my special day. The rental suit looked good, at the last minute, as I was getting ready to go out, I noticed that the jacket was torn at the right sleeve, nothing to do at that moment, just hope that no one else noticed during my son's wedding, I I didn't feel comfortable wearing a jacket in those conditions during such an important event for me. I think I paid enough to wear a garment in those conditions. Customer service in oracle/wetmore is not good, I drove to Broadway location, they're making a difference, they're great! I normally do not write reviews, but I was very pleased after my recent visit to this Men's Wearhouse. I went with my girlfriend last night around 6p, and the staff were very busy. I needed to purchase a Custom, and since I had a good idea of what I needed the process was pretty smooth. Sergio was the staff member who assisted us and was a true pleasure to work with. Personable, knowledgeable, and honest. The prices are obviously high, but the service made it worth it. I have put on a lot of size since I had last purchased a suit and spend a lot of time in the gym so finding the proper size formalwear for me can be a pain. But Sergio gave me a plethora of options and I felt very attended to and considered during the entire visit. read more

Went today to get a family member clothes. Today the person that served us was friendly and knowledgeable. He did help find better fitting jeans and stayed in budget. Although he did complain about the time it took to stick to the budget. However that sales person had be sought out. The others were not trained or as able. Thus increasing my rating from 1 star to 3. After coming here for many years...I have suffered utter disappointment. I did not recognize any of the staff that had been there for so long. Maybe because I have not been there in awhile. Being tall and slim I have found it difficult to buy there. Anyway...I tried to buy two suits. Actually the exact same suits I bought there a few years earlier. I am still the same weight etc. after around 4 fittings they could not make it work. They looked worse than before tailoring them. Terrible! Shoulders were lopsided. Pants were cut wrong at the seat etc etc. I gave up! They returned my money and said, "well good luck". Not the positive good luck but the sarcastic good luck. Came into town for a closing table business meeting... and somehow forgot to pack a sport coat. I'm a big dude with long arms- odds of finding an off-the-shelf anything that fits me are slim to none (no pun intended). I came into MW and was immediately greeted by Andrew. I explained the situation, and he was quick to help. Unfortunately the attire that I did remember to pack did not match the sport coats that fit me off the shelf in any way. Andrew let me know about a killer sale they were having that would help the cause. He matched a shirt to the coat based on what color pants and shoes I had with me, and it was a perfect fit. Both the shirt and the coat I got were on clearance and I had some rewards points. I got a $500 coat and a $100 shirt for UNDER $200 out the door. Andrew was quick to help, gave insight to the fashion, and did not try to "sell" or be pushy with anything. Thanks, man! He even offered to see if we could get a rush same day tailoring done in the coat if needed, but luckily it all worked out and we didn't need to. Great customer service. Pretty much where my wardrobe comes from, exclusively. As 30 years old comes closer and closer, jeans and t-shirts with funny sayings are less and less appropriate. The staff at this Men's Wearhouse are very helpful, and good at what they do. If I bring in a sport coat, and tell them what kind of outfit I want to build around it, they can do it. If I need an outfit cut and tailored around carrying a holstered concealed firearm, they know what to do. It's a little spendy, but I think a good looking, professional appearance is worth it. And every now and then I've found some KILLER deals on the clearance rack. The only thing I can't give 5 stars to here is the ties. Good materials and construction, but the patterns have been wanting at times. Everything else is great, and will make you feel like you're out-dressing royalty. read more

If I could give 0 I would! I wrote a letter to corporate about the horrible experience and of course they did not respond. I went in and ordered 4 tuxedos for my wedding and 3 if us got measured there. Ironically, the one person who did not get measured there was the only person who had a successful Tuxedo. In the middle of the wedding ceremony my button popped off of my jacket of my tuxedo. On my son's shoes they were not even close to fitting. On my other son's shirt it was two inches too short, yes I have pictures. They tried to tell me this is how it was supposed to fit of which I laughed. We came back and picked up another pair of shoes for my son which actually fit this time. When I was putting on his cumberbund the metal literally snapped and broke. We have literally no success with any of our tuxedos there. All of the materials were very poor quality and very poorly made. It was also very disappointing that the corporate folks did not even find the time to respond to all three of our tuxedos being very poorly done. I have not visited Men's Wearhouse since then and I will never visit them again. read more

The store is well organized. However, it's quite expensive for the brands they have in stock and if you want to get anything altered I believe they send it off. They did with tux I rented. I wasn't greeted when I first arrived in the store or when I picked up my tux or dropped off my tux. when I dropped it off I set it on the counter and I walked around and I was considering buying a shirt. however, no one ever said anything to me and I noticed that the guy walk to the desk checked in my tux and said nothing more. the rental cost isn't that high and they do have quite a few options that you could order from but a lot of the product is it in stock. This men's warehouse like all the others offers the benefit of all the groomsmen being able to go and get matching suits not matter what state they live in. But what makes this location stand out is one very patient knowledgeable employee..... SERGIO!!!! Sergio was so patient with the fitting, then the change of requested items. He made sure everyone is the wedding party was all matching. Then shortly before the wedding the bride had a moment and needed to change the tie color. I came in without an appointment, Sergio professionally laid out all the similar color choices and waited while I photographed each one and sent them to the bride for approval. We ended up changing the shade. Sergio kindly went to the computer and changed all thr local ties then the out of state ties. He then took the time to call the out of state locations to make sure everything was perfect for us..... AND IT WAS!!!! My husband recently got a new job where he needs to dress a little more fancy than his usual casual jeans & tees. We were first helped by a younger sales guy who seemed to have no idea what he was doing. He even recommended my husband buy pants a size taller than needed so that he could get them tailored. Luckily, we were saved by a more knowledgeable and seasoned sales guy (Robert) who knew what he was doing. He even said himself, "Why not get the ones that fit him without needing to be tailored?" He was a great salesman - we came out with more than we needed, but the way he put together outfits, we were happy with our purchases. Don't fool yourself into thinking you're getting an AMAZING deal - likely they will have whatever you're looking at for the same sale or even better if you wait a few weeks or months. Are the clothes really worth retail value? Probably not. But it was nice to have someone who knows what he's doing helping my husband to be more stylish. The last time we came in our salesman unfortunately wasn't there and we had a young guy again who didn't know what he was doing and was more interested in hanging out with his coworkers than helping my husband. We'd definitely come back to see the salesman who knows what he's doing, but I wouldn't buy from the 2 others who "helped" us. read more

I waited over a week for the alterations to be complete and when I finally went to pick it up, the manger actually had the audacity to tell me I needed to go into the back of the store and thank the woman that came in to do the alterations. My boyfriend I were going to go shopping to find him a graduation outfit, and we wanted it to be really nice since it was for college graduation. So obviously we thought let's go to Men's Warehouse, we had an idea of what we wanted but we thought that they could really help us put it together. So we get there and the sales person asks what we are looking for and we say slacks, a vest, a colored shirt, and a tie, and he just stares at us. I feel like we shouldn't have to ask for help since we are about to spend $400, so I say "umm, can you show us where the vests are?" We pretty much had to pry everything out of him, "where are the pants?how much do they cost?where are the shirts?what size do you think he is?" He never once offered information or any suggestions on color combinations, all he said was "it's whatever you want." So we decided to come back the next day and it was the same thing, the salesperson that first helped just didn't offer any help. We had to say that he wanted to try the outfit on three times before it actually got through to him. So something that was supposed to be fun and make him feel good about wearing nice clothes just ended up being completely miserable because none of the employees helped in any way. It was probably one of the worst shopping experiences I've ever had, and it wasn't even for me. I do not advise going to this store, maybe try other ones around town, but it was absolutely ridiculous how terrible and unhelpful the customer service was. read more

Looking at my calendar and realizing that we were T-45 days from our wedding, my fiance and I realized he needed a suit! Men's Wearhouse was a no-brainer for our first choice although I will admit I had planned just to go and get a feel for style/color and then look elsewhere if we needed to for fit, etc. We went on a Saturday afternoon and I was prepared for the place to be packed and crawling with dumb salespeople trying to sell us the most expensive suits.....I was wrong. We were helped immediately by Jorge, who had the patience of a saint and explained to us the difference between 2 vs. 3 button, different colors, etc. We finally found a suit that looked REALLY good on my fiance and Jorge even went the extra step with the sale and brought in a seamstress to pin the sides of the vest in, etc, so we could really see how it would look and dang, it looked good. Not 5 stars for the following reasons: - There was one REALLY bitchy saleswoman who kept giving me that "up and down" Mean Girls Regina George look. I don't know what her deal was, but her frosty attitude and straight up rude stares made me and my future sister-in-law really uncomfortable. Maybe she was mad that nobody told her gauchos went out of style in 2006 or maybe it was her too-small pants that were so far up her crack they were making her sad. I'm not sure. - They need a better "flow" to the fitting rooms. It was awkward having to step around people and everyone moving to different places. People in the rooms to the left should go to the fitting pedestal on the left, so on and so forth. We have yet to actually alter the suit so I'll come back with an update but so far so good! Must say I am not impressed. They did a decent job with our wedding last September but we were in a wedding this past weekend and they were terrible!! The groom ordered basically the exact tux my husband wore in September and somehow they blew the order!! Shirt was too short in the sleeves, pants were 3 inches too short, jacket was slim fit but pants were not! How does this happen?!? The replacement shirt was too long in the sleeves, the pans were taken out but left an obvious line where they were originally hemmed. The woman told us it was basically our fault they could not order the right pants because we didn't come earlier?!! Who blames the customer for their mistakes?!?! They were rude and unhelpful! I was beyond not impressed and quite frankly was annoyed that they didn't seem to care they had messed it up so badly. I hope to never have to utilize them again! They were asking about the person that helped my husband because apparently they couldn't figure out who it was. Amazing lack of organization. We paid full price for a tux that was half a$$ed. I'm not very impressed with this place. Maybe its because I am not a man...going to Men's Wearhouse as a woman is not very exciting to begin with. We went here because my boyfriend is going to be a groomsman, and needed to get measured for his tux. Although the sales associate was nice, and was wearing a very nice suit, his face looked like he had been beat up! He had a gash in his nose and all kinds of scrapes on his face. It was really distracting. There was no effort to cover it up with makeup or anything either. I hated the way the jacket looks on my boyfriend. The groom is quite larger than all of the groomsmen, and the one button looks good on his frame, but I don't think the person who helped them asked about the sizes of the groomsmen or anything, because they are all going to look horrible in those jackets! huge broad shoulders and very bulky, and this was "in his size"! Also, the price was a lot more than I had expected him to pay. He was in another wedding with a high quality Calvin Cline tux that was fitted to his size, and shoes that he bought, not rented, and it was a lot less than this thing. Ugh. Our wedding keeps inching closer and closer with only a month and a week left, we decided to check out Men's Wearhouse. The service at this place depends on who you get. The first guy we got didn't seem that great, but this was the first time I had ever gone shopping for a suit so I wasn't sure what to expect. We generally knew what we wanted and showed the sales rep a picture of my dress to make sure he was on the same page. Then suddenly we got Neo since the other guy went on break. Neo listened to both my fiancé concerns and mine and even caught that the other guy sized my fiancé one size too big! He also recommended to go with the lighter suit since my fiancé gets pretty hot very quickly. The store was having a buy one get the second suit for $100. How could we pass that up since we were already buying 1? Neo showed us a second suit and we absolutely loved it. He also helped give us color ideas for the shirt and handkerchief for future outings after asking if we wanted to it. He was never pushy and respected if we said no. We will be doing all of our future suit shopping here as long as we get Neo. read more

They really went above and beyond my expectations! My friend's wedding was in Scottsdale this last weekend, and I foolishly thought that I had sent my suit there (where the wedding was) instead of here (where most of the groomsmen are from). Two hours before I need to be at the wedding, I called the Scottsdale location (I'll add the exact one later, in an edit), and was told that my suit was actually still in Tucson! Melanie, from the Scottsdale location, called Neo at this location and asked if he could meet me halfway in Eloy. Well, Neo really saved my butt and hauled my suit all the way to Eloy (over an hour's drive), and delivered it to me personally! He didn't even accept the gas money I offered to cover his costs. Thanks to Neo and Melanie's hard work and quick thinking, I was saved the shame of being the one groomsman without a matching tux, and the wedding went off without a hitch. I know I'll rent my future suits through this location, because I know they'll do everything they can to serve their customers well. And let this be a warning to future first-time groomsmen: always double-check where you're getting your tuxes delivered. read more

Worst customer service, beware! I was asked to be in a wedding and was told this would be the location to obtain my tux. This was the first time I had ever been to this company and it would be the last! During the first initial entrance into the store I was not greeting by anyone, but saw all the employees in the back of the store laughing and talking. After flagging one of them down the store employee reluctantly rolled her eyes and approached me with a huge attitude. Fitting was uncomfortable making me feel as if I was wasting her time and I couldn't wait to leave. When I went for a fitting the store employee couldn't find my tux by my name or the name of the groom, I had to go into my phone pull out the first initial email that was sent to me when I originally had my measurements taken, and give them a group number off the invoice. The employee looked irritated as if it was my fault that he couldn't find my tux and he's snarky remarks were very unappreciated nor were they tolerated when I asked to have another sales associate help me. Finally when I had to return the tux I caught the only sales associate that looked like she was on her way out. She actually took the time to help me, while the rest of the staff were congregating in the back of the store. After I returned the tux she exited the store with me and as she left she yelled back at the employees in the back "thanks guys!" I have used this particular store for a variety of events. First for the tuxes we used during the wedding and later to get some business suits and accessories for my husband. For the wedding, we chose this store chain because all of the groomsmen were all over the United States. It was a lot more convenient to create an account with Men's Wearhouse that included the suit and tie info, and then tell our groomsmen to just stop by their nearest Men's Wearhouse to get fitted for their suit. That information is then sent directly to the Tucson site where all the guys could pick them up before the wedding and did not have to worry about carrying them on a plane or something. I also did like that the colors are matched to the David Bridal chain which helped me a lot with making sure all of the colors matched between the groomsmen and the bridesmaids. My only complaint that I had for this site was when we first were choosing the tuxes. The lady who was helping us was a bit stiff rather than welcoming. It almost felt like she was judging us, but other than that, she was still professional and helped us set up our order. When we were getting business suits, we were helped out right away. The gentlemen that helped us was very responsive to what we wanted (business suits that could be a bit versatile for other special events) and helping us pick the colors that worked best (other than just black). He helped with measurements to make sure we got the right size with the right alterations and the resulting product fit my husband well. These guys can be pricey but they have a nice selection of suits, ties, shirts, etc. read more

Great selection and they have a near constant buy 1 get 1 sale. Ask for Neo as he is outstanding for helping you get what you need and has a phenomenal eye for making you look good. The other associates are pretty good too, but Neo takes the cake. They will get you exactly what you are looking for, will adjust if you aren't thrilled with what they pick out and ensure you get what you're looking for. They will offer matching shirts, ties, tie clips, shoes etc, but will not push them on you if you aren't interested. Understand the price of their nicer suit selections as they will run between $300 - $700 which isn't bad when you consider you will get two. They do have some nice designer sports coats for less than $100. I ended up paying $1350 when all is said and done, but that's what I was planning to spend. 2 full suits (Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger) a sports coat, 4 collared shirts and ties, 1 pair of shoes, 1 belt and 1 tie clip. A pretty good haul if you ask me. All were tailored for me in house. I bought them at 10am, and had the first full outfit ready to go for a wedding that night by 4pm. When I went to pick them up, they let me change in the store. They then shipped everything else to a store near my house for pick up since I flew in for the wedding so I didn't have to carry it all home on the plane. read more
